朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。朝食ビュッフェを昼食へ変更もでき、違う内容の食事を食べることができたのでとてもよかったです。部屋によってシャワーの水圧が違ったりはありましたが、お部屋のお掃除も毎日綺麗にされ、スタッフの方も親切でとてもよかったです。

The location in central Tumon is perfect, with plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The pool is beautiful, and the beach right in front makes it even better.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional—thank you for the early check-in and the late check-out at 50% off. The lobby also stood out, with its lovely fragrance and luxurious atmosphere.
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a relaxing tropical feel. The ocean view made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: four bottles of water provided daily, plus a hallway water dispenser, so I never needed to buy water.
The buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of internationally inspired dishes. The seafood was a highlight, especially the tuna—I went back for it several times.
Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the restaurant manager who kindly took the time to chat with me while I dined, which made the experience more enjoyable.
The hotel app was very convenient—I could chat with staff, request housekeeping (always done while I was out), and receive discounts at the restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next visit as soon as I got home. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

客室から海が見えて、雨の後に虹も見えました。
全体的に設備は古く、ウォシュレットが動かないや、洗面の蛇口が取れそうなどありましたが、立地は申し分無いですし、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

洗面所の流しの水が出しっぱなしで床にまで水浸しだった。フロントに直ぐ電話したのに、クリーニングに来たのは3時間くらい経った夜９時近く。それまで洗面所が使えず非常に困った。
排水口からハエが沢山飛んできて気持ち悪い。

部屋から海も見えて良かったが、トイレのウォシュレットが壊れていて使えなかった。また各階に共用トイレも無く、１階のトイレに行っても使用禁止時間も長く、かなり不便を感じた。
