Booking and checkin was very easy and convenient. There is covered and semi secure parking at location. We tried calling ahead to see if we could reserve, but no one answered the phone. Rooms were plain, but comfortable and fairly close to the city center without breaking the bank.

As a three star hotel, it’s already done pretty well. The location is great, just near the metro. The breakfast is ok, not a lot to eat, just eggs and sausage. Overall it’s good enough.

位置一流，不在最繁忙市中心，但十分鐘內能到達。酒店兩分鐘內有兩個巴士站，四分鐘有地鐵站。職員房間正常ibis，但執房真係好差。第一日入住發現床底有煙頭，第二日執房後依然存在。太失望。設備較舊，但都算乾淨。wifi 很好！

酒店位處英雄廣場對面，附近有地鐵、巴士和電車可以乘搭，交通可說是非常之便利，但除英雄廣場外，並不能步行到其他景點；是次酒店安排了面向大馬路的房間，噪音較大，睡眠質素不佳的朋友會有影響

Rooms big enough and clean - comfy bed. Very convenient hotel for sightseeing.
Quite noisey - very heavy doors that bang. If on first floor you hear the noise from restaurant, especially at breakfast service. Most staff happy & helpful

The front desk Atilla was really very helpful. They really didn’t clean my room except pick up the garbage and give me some new fresh towels, which I kind of fever weird so cute. I can’t wait to have a grandbabies of my own.Probably
