Its a very nice hotel and very safe inside.

The hotel staff are very polite and kind, and the hotel is close to the shopping street in Kalaba.

We really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had in our 2 weeks stay in India. Also location was great! Service excellent !

Great location, good staff and breakfast, hotel had an unusual smell, rooms were generally small and dated.

Bathrooms were smelly dirty and room floors were filthy. Smell came into the room from the toilet Rooms are extremely small and service has gone down terribly as they have all new staff

Staff was okay, not the most welcoming. Not rude, but not even smiling or happy at work.

Hotel was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms nicer and bigger than others. Bathroom was small. Pool towels. Not a fancy area but you could walk to a lot of attractions. Bestvto download google maps as area is confusing.

This is a completely average hotel that is extremely overpriced. You’re paying for the location, I suppose, but this hotel is average at best. It’s clean, and the staff is nice. But the cost for value is wild. The shower barely works, and the breakfast is terrible. Again, most of my complaints are about the price versus the quality. It’s fine.

Loves it

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in the superior room. American friends, they are not King sized beds as advertised. They are roughly doubles. Additionally, the hallway reeks of cigarette smoke and our room smelled like cat litter. We filed several complaints to the desk and their only fix was spraying room spray which only lasted several hours. Additionally, we were charged for food items we did not consume and felt like we were being accused of lying when we talked to the front desk to point out their error. While the property itself looks okay, there were more frustrations than was worth the cost. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is quite expensive for what it is. The photo on the website showing the chairs overlooking the sea is a bit misleading as one assumes it is a communal area. It is, in fact, a guest room. There is no bar or communal area to sit. My first room was supposed to be a sea view room but really was not (602) and the TV didn’t work properly. I then asked to move and room 902 was great.

Good n convenient

It's in Colaba which makes it super nice and touristy. It is an old hotel and you can see that.
