I had a wonderful stay at the Mumbai Taj Tower! The rooms are super clean and spacious. The entire hotel staff is very professional and accommodating. In room dining service is excellent. The staff lets you know when the food will arrive and they deliver promptly as promised. I would definitely recommend a stay at least once if you’re a frequent Mumbai visitor.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at a lot of fancy hotels. The room was spotless and services twice a day, the staff were impeccable, the pool - glorious! And the attention to detail blew my mind. I got balloons and cake for my birthday which was VERY unexpected! But the view from my room - stunning! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay Taj ❤️

Alles war wunderbar – bis auf einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Er erklärte mir, dass die Happy-Hour-Cocktails zwischen 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr eher für Gäste der Suiten gedacht seien. Da ich mit meinem Rucksack unterwegs war, gerade durch sieben Länder gereist und aus Goa angekommen bin, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass ich mit 24 Jahren und meiner legeren Kleidung nicht in das Bild passte. Schade, denn ansonsten war der Aufenthalt hervorragend. Never judge a book by its cover.

I really like liked many of the stuff at the hotel except the management who couldn't keep anything in place or keep their word.\n Started out with a very bad welcome. Never got a welcome or even the water. When I came into the hotel told the person at reception. I haven't had a water in 8 hours. He said he will bring it to the room, waited for 15 minutes end up going out for a juice.Every customer got a coine on the way out when they left the hotel checked out even there.I didn't get anything even I used glass water bottle side of my bed that I woke up.Wanted to take a drink , found out the water bottle was already used knock the best experience for being a faster.I've stayed at the taj lends and jw marriott you cantally see the difference when you stay there 😊

Incheck duurde vreselijk lang en onnodig, geen discretie ook. Op de kamer rook het erg naar schimmel, vond lange zwarte haren overal en tapijt was extreem smerig onder het bed. Had een upgrade genomen van de hotel side voor seaview, maar sloeg nergens op want je zag niets. Ontbijt was goed
