孟買奧貝羅伊酒店

比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。

Hotel is clean and spacious, cross the road is the marina walk.

We stayed in a partial sea view suite, the room is contemporary designed, spacious, with fresh flowers,good water pressure, breakfast is detailed and service is delicate. No complaint. Internet speed is slow as compared to modern world, maybe hotel could consider dedicated line.

We had a wonderful short stay in the Oberoi Mumbai. We arrived late after a long train journey, but the staff immediately made us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The staff at the Oberoi were very generous in making us feel looked after with decorative touches to our beautiful room (as this was part of our honeymoon trip), we really appreciated these. The breakfast was wonderful - one of the best breakfasts we have ever had.

Love staying at this hotel although I only had 1 night this time around my stay was fabulous. I had an early morning flight and arrived in Mumbai at 10am the hotel were amazing and accommodated to have my rooms ready for when we arrived around at 10:45am. Food at the hotel was amazing as usual and we also managed to enjoy the sun set with a few drinks before dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was anything but amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on Marine Drive.

The Oberoi never disappoints. The service standard is incredibly high, especially when you consider the affordability.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in terms of arranging a tour and recommending shopping locations as well as arranging airport transfers. Our room was quiet, clean and we enjoyed watching the black kites flying around outside our window.

Amit Kaul and his team has been fantastic, from the cleaners to Senior Management. Special mention to Kajal at breakfast and to Razzak in the Pool Area, absolutely been amazing and been very attentive at all times.. I cannot faulter any aspect of our stay in all the Oberoi Hotels on this vacation besides the food issues in Delhi

The service is simply excellent. All the staff go out of their way to make sure guests are happy and that their expectations and wishes are met.

The service at this hotel Oberoi was one of the best service I have ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. I have stayed at many hotels in the world and this is my favourite hotel. The staff service was excellent. The Duty Manger Shivansh Kansal service was excellent. He was very attentive to all the guests and also made sure that my time at the restaurants was very comfortable and helped me with all my requests. The food was superb and was off very high quality. You could tell the ingredients were of very high quality. The Assistant Front Office Manager Meet Aurora service was very good. He made all my requests were attended to and was very helpful. The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar. I will always remember this experience and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Mumbai for my future visits to Mum

Very nice breakfast with a very courteous team

From start to finish what a service. All the staff members are so helpful and courteous. The hotel has few issues but that’s all forgotten by exceptional service.

Pool area could do with an upgrade especially the wooden deck around the water which is turning slightly green and unsightly

One of the best hotel in Mumbai. This is the second time that I stayed in Oberoi Hotel . Every time I had best experience. Room was very clean , comfortable and quiet. Staff were very professional, helpful and kind. U had a good view was able to see half of the ocean . Breakfast was super delicious

The view from the room (ocean view) was just breath taking. The hotel is conveniently located for both transfer from the airport and exploring South Mumbai by walking.
