Went to Bali for a wedding event at Taman Bhagawan which located right across the hotel and had a great 2 nights stay here! The bedroom was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 children. Surprisingly, the bathroom was bigger than I thought it would be and in fact quite spacious. The room also has a balcony completed with single outdoor sofa chairs and a very nice view! We booked two rooms and got the street view. From the balcony, you can see Taman Bhagawan and some plenty palm trees scenery right across the hotel. Since the room is facing the sunrise you'll get plenty of sunlight in the morning which I personally enjoyed. At night, the street wasn't noisy at all since most places around there closes at 9/10-ish (unless there are events held at Taman Bhagawan. On the wedding day, we can quite hear some of the music played at the event from our room but other than that is was fine). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, you can choose between coffee/tea, omelette with sausage/potato slices and croissant/brown bread with fresh slice fruits/orange juice. There's not much on the breakfast menu but they still tastes good. Didn't get the chance to try the lunch/dinner menu though. The hotel's location itself were very strategic with a convenience store right next to it and a pharmacy just a couple of walks ahead. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, great experiences for a budget-friendly stay and definitely would come back!

I extend my stay in advance via cash in reception and didn't issue any receipts, then, I need to move to the other place, I ask for a refund at least for some amount, I end up didn't get it as they keep saying after a week. it is pretty bad on customer service. ac is not good, they didn't clean the room even every after 2 days.

Friendly staff, the reception desk is always empty but if you need anything just ring the bell on the desk. Good location. The room has a big space but needs to maintain the cleanliness. The room with the street view is quite noisy and no soundproof, if you want a bit peaceful ask for pool view.

Hotelnya cukup nyaman, kolam renang juga besar. Kami hanya menginap semalam karena ingin watersport di dekat situ. Samping hotel banget ada supermarket. Ada juga yang jualan bakso. Di sekitaran banyak rumah makan jadi lumayan sih menginap semalam di hotel ini. Sarapannya kemarin kami memilih scramble egg dan kentang goreng. Cukup dapat dinikmati oleh anak-anak. Terima kasih. Cuma sepertinya saya ada tertinggal celana putih di ranjang, tapi saya coba telp ke hotel berulang-ulang tidak ada yang mengangkat telp nya. Sprei nya ada noda yang agak cukup menjijikan sih makanya kemaren ga gitu periksa periksa banget saat mau check out. Kemaren kami check out sekitar pukul 13.00wita dan aman semuanya.

Worst stay ever in Bali. This place is so filthy! There is a pee stain on the toilet, hair on the bed sheets, and dirty window. This place is not only dirty but also can get you sick! My skin felt itchy after touching the bed. I left the place and ended up finding another hotel nearby. The front desk officer, named Bastian, is the worst. He never picks up any call from the room. He is never at his desk.

Cukup untuk istirahat. Air hangat, AC, Kulkas, dan penghangat air minum berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya saja beberapa hal perlu diperbaiki seperti tirai yang copot dan sprei yang rusak. Lemari pun berdebu, jadi saya lap sendiri karena saya mau taruh baju. Terus di hari kedua menginap, keset tidak ada. Semoga ke depannya kekurangan ini bisa segera diatasi. Terima kasih Core Hotel Benoa.

Kamar lumayan bersih & luas, breakfast cuma nasi goreng dalam kemasan, yang disayangkan barang tertinggal langsung hilang (minuman di kulkas & di meja) memang tidak mahal tp menunjukan rasa tidak nyaman. Cuma ditinggal sbentar saat checkout trus balik lagi sudah tidak ada. Padahal bisa dicek di CCTV. Bayangkan kalo itu benda berharga!

Dekat kemana-mana sih pinggir jalan sebelah indomrt. Kamar okE. Tapi mungkin baru bangun dari pandemi jadi sepi dan ada beberapa kendala sedikit. Tapi semuanya oke banget. Ada kulkas. Ada pemanas air. Sarapan nasi kotak nasi kuning nginep 2 mlem sarapan nya itu aja. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi.
