Staff-nya ramah dan baik. Apartemennya nyaman dan bersih. Satu hal lagi, saya pernah ketinggalan barang dan dibantu untuk diserahkan kembali. The best pelayanan-nya dan recommended, terutama tower A kamar 19RA2.

Just Info, kami Orang Tua dengan 3 Anak kecil menginap di Unit Apartemen Tower A, ternyata untuk tamu apartemen, hanya di perbolehkan 3 orang saja yang bisa menggunakan Fasilitas Swimming Pool, kalau lebih dari 3 orang, perorangnya di kenakan 150.000/orang.

We stayed in this unit for one night, and the experience was just okay. What bothered me was the condition of the unit. Some floor sections and parts of the walls were open, and there was a wall with a lot of mold, which was really awful. The host was nice, though, and check-in was easy.

Great location and a great apartment, but it was ruined by the cleanliness. The floor in the bedroom was sticky, the shower had black mould and the drain was clogged, so my feet were never clean during my whole stay. Once the apartment has been deep cleaned it will be great, but if the owner keeps using the same cleaners I won't be back.

The room was dirty with a lot of stains, and it was noisy because of the trains passing every few hours. The door was hard to open, and the bathroom was an old-school type with dirty walls. For a price of around 1 million, I don't think it's worth it.

Biasanya menginap di hotelnya, tetapi karena kehabisan kamar hotel, mau coba apartemennya. Kamarnya bersih, fasilitas lengkap (dapur, kulkas, dispenser, AC, TV), tetapi kompor tidak terpakai karena memang tidak niat masak hehehe. Saran buat pemilik: tambah tempat sampah dan tisu toilet di kamar mandi. Oh iya, TV yang di ruang tamu tidak bisa dipakai (tidak tahu kenapa, saya juga tidak tanya ke pengelola), tidak jadi masalah karena masih bisa nonton TV yang di kamar. Security ramah, thanks buat teh Tia yang sudah bantu. Suami sempat bilang kalau ke Bandung lagi, menginap di apartemen saja lagi 😊.

Lokasi sangat strategis, mau ke Braga tinggal jalan kaki, karena ini di pusat kota ya. Suka sekali menginap di sini, datang langsung punya parkiran karena khusus apart itu punya tempat parkir tersendiri. Paling jempol deh buat security apart-nya baik-baik semua, next menginap lagi di sini.

Saya stay di apartemen tower A, 19RA2. Pas turun lift sebelah kiri langsung kamarnya. Apartemennya ok. Ada 2 kamar dengan queen bed & double bed. Kedua kamar ada TV. Kamar mandi hanya 1. Ada dispenser & dikasih handuk, sabun, shampoo.

Great location and a great apartment, but it was ruined by the cleanliness. The floor in the bedroom was sticky, the shower had black mould and the drain was clogged, so my feet were never clean during my whole stay. Once the apartment has been deep cleaned it will be great, but if the owner keeps using the same cleaners I won't be back.

Biasanya menginap di hotelnya, tetapi karena kehabisan kamar hotel, mau coba apartemennya. Kamarnya bersih, fasilitas lengkap (dapur, kulkas, dispenser, AC, TV), tetapi kompor tidak terpakai karena memang tidak niat masak hehehe. Saran buat pemilik: tambah tempat sampah dan tisu toilet di kamar mandi. Oh iya, TV yang di ruang tamu tidak bisa dipakai (tidak tahu kenapa, saya juga tidak tanya ke pengelola), tidak jadi masalah karena masih bisa nonton TV yang di kamar. Security ramah, thanks buat teh Tia yang sudah bantu. Suami sempat bilang kalau ke Bandung lagi, menginap di apartemen saja lagi 😊.
