Lokasinya sih strategis deket ke atlas cuma pelayanannya ga banget deh dia self check in jadi cuma di kasih nomer wa di depan pintu masuk suruh ngehubungin. Pas di hubungin di lempar2 ke nomer lain ujung2nya ke nomer itu2 juga. Toiletries ga ada. TV ga di pasanag alsannya rusak. Pas mau berenang ada tikus lagi berenang di kolam. Pas komplain di bilang “saya gak tau apa2 pak” . Zonk pas apes nginep di sini. Sempet mau cabut malem2 cari hotel lain tapi udh malem dan hujan. Mgkn servis harus di perhatiin lagi. Bikin badmood liburan 🥵

Lokasi nya agak masuk ke dalam (untuk yg suka ketenangan cocok disini)
lebih baik ada Staff yg bisa di hubungin 24 jam. jadi klo urgent bsa di hubungin
Untuk kamar nya bagus , AC dingin, cuma dasar pool ny agak kotor

Barang saya ketinggalan di sana di dalam kulkas tapi mimin nya slow respon banget padahal saya minta buat di gojekin seharus nya si masi ada barang nya atau diamankan si harusnya, dan coba untuk menghubungi kita. Padahal saya juga kasi tip loh buat yang bersihin nya 😌🙏.

Pengalaman buruk nginep di sini 2x air mati saat mandi. Tim di sana tidak ramah sekali. Harga yang ditawarkan tidak sesuai sama sekali. Mendingan tempat yang satu lagi ada kolam renang juga.
