Niatnya cuma ngajak anak-anak berenang di hotel, sengaja nyari daerah Nusa Dua dan pas keluar tol, jadi enggak kena macet karena pas long weekend. Nemu beberapa hotel, tapi hotel ini ada playground-nya, dan dengan harga yang affordable, kayaknya mesti dicoba sih. Pas check-in surprisingly kita dapat free upgrade! Aku booking grand deluxe pool view, dapat family suit! Kamarnya luas banget, satu bed utama dan ada bed tingkat untuk anak-anak, terus kamar mandi juga luas. Staff-nya super ramah yaa. Playground ada 2, satu indoor satu outdoor, terus ada rak mainan juga yang bisa dipinjem buat anak-anak. Kolam renang juga 2, satu dewasa satu anak-anak. Untuk makanan, enak! Aku sempat pesan makan malam, enak dan harganya masih terjangkau untuk itungan hotel di Nusa Dua. Sarapan juga enak makanannya dan menu-nya bervariasi. Btw aku bukan tipe orang yang suka nulis review tiap abis nginep hotel. Tapi ini harus banget di-review sih, karena beneran beyond my expectation! Anak-anak happy, emak bapaknya jauh lebih happy:).

I paid a decent amount, but upon arrival, the Smart TV didn’t work. At first, I thought it was just the Wi-Fi, but even by night, I couldn't enjoy the facility I paid for. No ENG staff on night shift, and IT was off on Sunday — for a hotel of this scale, shouldn’t someone be on standby?
On the second night, the TV finally worked — just before check-out — after a signal booster was installed. Why wasn’t this suggested earlier?
The sliding ceiling panel near the bathroom door was open. The glass shelf above the sink had a chipped edge that was quite sharp. I didn’t get a photo, but you can check — was I given an OOO room?
Also, I paid for one night of extra bed, but it wasn’t removed the next day until I said something. Would I have been charged again if I hadn’t mentioned it?
overall, not worth what I paid for.

Overall bagus, hanya saja air kamar mandi kami agak tersumbat, jadi pada saat mandi airnya ke mana-mana. Kamar-nya terbilang sempit karena space antara tembok & kasur sangat dekat.

Awal pertama check in, staf ramah, dibantu untuk bawakan tas ke kamar. Check out tidak respons sama sekali. Hotelnya menerima rombongan bus, jadinya banyak yang direspons. Belum banyak anak-anak les renang, jadinya parkir mobil full. Kalau mau keluar susah nunggu mobil yang lainnya keluar, terus belum cari mobil-mobil yang parkir yang menghalangi mobil mau keluar, harusnya dicatat plat mobil semua tamu yang parkir.

Muslim yang menginap sini perlu diperhatikan, resto menjual makanan nonhalal ya. Jadi, pertimbangkan untuk sarapan di sini. Tidak ada lift di sini. Staff helpful. Selain itu semua oke. Ada kolam, tempat main anak. Kamar bersih oke. Balik lagi kalau ke Bali? Pastinya.

Sepertinya kurang siap, ada sarang lebah di kamar jadi pindah kekamar sebelah. Apakah pake app jadi dikasi kamar di lantai paling atas.
