Hotel tdk punya toilet utk tamu di lobby, adanya toilet utk driver di lokasi parkir yg sepi and super Kotor tdk pernah di bersihkan. Ijin utk ke kmr pun tdk bs. Dan resepsionis yg bertugas jgn tdk fleksible dlm merespon keperluan pelanggan utk buang air kecil. Kamar semut di bwh kasus.
