Staf hotel Rama dan hotel juga menyediakan tempat mencuci pakaian untuk pelanggan dan itu sangat membantu bagi pelanggan yang menetap lebih dri 1 hari. Tapi mungkin lebih baik kebersihan tempat tidur diperhatikan, karena kami menemukan sarung bantal kotor, dan kain juga seperti bekas dipakai dan tidak diganti pas tamu yang lain keluar. Semoga ke depannya kebersihan tempat tidur lebih diperhatikan. 🙏

Pegawai hotel masih amatir semua mulai dari resepsionis sampai roomboy. Roomboy kurang tahu sopan santun cara mengingatkan tamu yang mau check-out, masak baru jam 11.25. Siang dibilang kamar mau dibersihkan bpk mau check-out ya. tobat deh menginap lagi disana.
