Resepsionisnya waktu check-in jutek banget, yang check-out ramah, jendela berdebu, kamar mandi licin, untuk 2 orang tapi handuk 1, air minum awalnya dikasih 1 kemudian komplain baru di tambah 1 lagi, tapi handuk tidak di tambah. Sarapan juga tidak menarik.

Hotel kurang bersih ditambah AC pendingin tidak dingin sama sekali. dapat kunci kamar setelah dibuka ternyata belum dibersihkan seperti masih ada yang menginap. Rasanya tidak ingin kembali menginap di hotel matoa.
