房间完全无人照管。浴室、床单和枕头都很脏，墙壁和天花板也脏兮兮的。我建议好好维护，经常打扫。这绝对值得，尤其价格便宜。如果干净整洁，肯定会有更多人愿意入住。

不推荐这家酒店。我买了早餐，但没吃到，因为酒店说不提供早餐。如果你想投诉，去Traveloka就行。浴室水龙头坏了，热水坏了。墙壁脏乱不堪。没有人帮你把行李箱抬上抬下小楼梯。不提供饮用水。只有一条毛巾。目前没有因不提供早餐而给予任何补偿。

Pelayanan kurang ramah, kebersihan tolong dijaga. Kalau bisa setiap hari lorong kamar disapu, lampu juga dicek kalau ada yang redup segera diganti. Sapu kamar dengan sapu luar kamar tolong dibedakan jangan pakai untuk luar dan dalam kamar. Kaca jendela kamar juga sering di lap. Satu lagi pintu masuk kaca mohon dibersihkan sehingga bisa terlihat bagus dari depan.

Untuk kebersihan tidak di jaga untuk sprei dan kamar ada sawang-sawang gordennya juga lepas. Untuk handuk 1 sabun mandi odol juga tidam tersedia. Berisik.

Dear bapak/ibu owner oyo gamacity citraland medan. Kamar mandinya tolong di bersihin ya pak/bu, bisa pakek vixal/wipol. Sprei nya juga di cuci pakek byclin. Permalam 300rb untuk kamar seperti itu sungguh gak layak pak/bu. Di tempat lain aja harga 200rb bersih. Ada mineral water 2 botol, ada sabun dan sikat gigi. Makasih. Sangat tidak recom.
