The room was completely neglected. The bathroom, sheets, and pillows were all dirty, and the walls and ceiling were also filthy. I suggest maintaining it and cleaning it often. It's definitely worth it, especially since it's cheap. If it's clean, more people will want to stay there.

The hotel is not recommended. I bought breakfast and didn't get it because the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, according to the hotel. If you want to complain, just go to Traveloka. The bathroom faucet is broken, the hot water doesn't work. The walls are dirty and unkempt. There's no help lifting your suitcase up and down the small stairs. Drinking water is not provided. There is only one towel. There is currently no compensation for not providing breakfast.

Service is not friendly, please maintain cleanliness. If possible, every day the hallway is swept, the lights are also checked, if any are dim, replace them immediately. Sweep the room with a broom outside the room. Please differentiate between using it outside and inside the room. The room window glass is also often wiped. Another glass entrance door needs to be cleaned so it can look good from the front.

Dear sir/madam owner of Oyo Gamacity Citraland Medan. Please clean the bathroom, sir/madam, you can use Vixal/Wipol. The bed sheets were also washed using Byclin. 300 thousand per night for a room like that is really not worth it, sir/madam. In other places the price is 200 thousand net. There are 2 bottles of mineral water, there is soap and a toothbrush. Thanks. Very not recommended.
