The hotel is located in an area where it doesn't feel touristy. Good to walk and explore the street markets, pubs and eateries, which are all within walking distance. Not far from harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel interior is very clean and comfortable.

Hotel dengan pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya menginap. Dimulai dari layanan antar jemput bandara yang tidak tersedia, tapi tercantum dalam aplikasi. Ditambah dengan permintaan saya kamar dengan jendela karena saya pobia ruang tertutup. Namun pihak hotel mengabaikannya, padahal saya pesan hotel tersebut sejak tanggal 6 September 2025. tepat 2 minggu sebelum saya menginap. Alasan kamar tidak tersedia dengan jendela, saya pun meminta pihak hotel membantu untuk menyetujui refund yang saya akan ajukan ke pihak Traveloka, karena kamar tidak tersedia. Tapi sepertinya pihak traveloka dan hotel juga belum teredukasi soal gangguan mental pobia. Beruntung ada tamu yang mau menukarkan kamar dengan saya, sehingga saya bisa beristirahat setelah perjalanan panjang berkeliling pulau-pulqu di Kepri. Saya berharap edukasi soal permintaan konsumen dengan keterbatasan pobia mendapatkan perhatian penuh, karena ini adalah terkait dengan gangguan mental.

Kamar, kamar mandi dan hotel bersih, kasur , bantal dan linen pun nyaman, AC dingin, water heater juga berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya saja di hotel ini sedang ada project mulai dari jam 9 pagi - 5 sore. Jadi yg tadinya mau bangun agak siang jadi sangat terganggu debga suara berisik + kamar tidak sound proof, jadi suara dari kamar sebelah terdengar jelas sekali.
