This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!

We had wonderful time here. Our stay was fabulous. We love everything here, friendly staff, breakfast food was tasty, the garden, our room was spacious too. And last but not least we love their variety of activities for kids and adults and also the kids club. Super recommended for family

Not enough great words can be said about the staff and attention to detail. The staff are detail oriented and always seeking to improve services. Melia managed amazing service even during the height of the pandemic when it was one of the only Nusa Dua resorts open daily. To note this time around is the amazing new golf and squash facilities added to the already unbeatable array of fun sports and family-oriented experiences at the hotel. Great booking for exercise enthusiasts!

酒店很美。有自己的海邊餐廳。有間餐廳消費較高也許是因為有SHOW看。離SOGO百貨走路15分以內。沒有接駁車~~出入都要靠接行李的人呼叫TAXI。要轉住附近的HYATT HOTEL被司機喊價要30000盧比(這BLUE BIRD 公司不是只收跳錶費嗎??跳錶才10000盧比)。BALI的黑車是出名的爛!!!

酒店設施完善就算足不出戶都可以在酒店玩2，3天，房間的床有點潮濕通知酒店後員工來換過整套床單尚算滿意，酒店沙灘有水上活動記得講價，spa的環境都很舒適值得一試!可惜check out時忘記了有東西遺下回港時立刻電郵酒店可惜至今還未有回覆

This is a great resort, We stayed there for 6 nights. The price is great, I love the location just right on the Beautiful Private Beach & Shopping Mall. Room is rather old fashion, but still in good condition.
We would absolutely recommend the Kids club as they cater to the kids and keep them interested with activities such as Kayaking, Water Sport, Art Making etc., Special "THANKS~" for RIA and her team. However It was my second time at Melia Bali and I'm sure we'll stay there again.

beautiful property, wonderful room, excellent staff. it was nice to have several options for meals. pricing for meals was a little high for Bali but that goes with a luxury brand. we ate out often and had booked our room with breakfast via expedia so that worked out well. great pool, lovely beach, several places to eat/drink and be on the beach

7年ぶり3度目の滞在でした。お部屋はリニューアルされ更に快適に、スタッフは相変わらずフレンドリーで最高の滞在でした。以前よりレストランの数が増えており、滞在期間中飽きることなく食事を楽しむことができました。お部屋は常に清潔で快適に滞在することができました。部屋のブレーカーが落ちたのか、コンセントが使用できなくなるトラブルがありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、スタッフの方が対応してくださり問題なく使用できるようになりました。このホテルは本当に素晴らしい点しかありませんが、何よりもスタッフのフレンドリーさが最大の魅力だと思います。特に以下3名は私たちの滞在をより素敵なものにしてくれました！

Hotels. com has not properly followed. Paradisus by Melia was in renovations and the job was not finished on time. They contacted me and made a reservation at The Laguna A Luxury Collection Resort and Spa. The Laguna was fantastic.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! An amazing hotel, an unforgettable experience! This hotel has it all and we can’t wait to go back again.
The staff are just remarkable and every single thing is catered for. In particular Yudi, Mita and Darma were on hand to make our stay exceptional.
We paid the extra for The Level and it was completely worth it. Everything from sunglasses cleaned to cold towels on the private beach, afternoon tea and high end nibbles with cocktails were all included. It was definitely worth the extra. Thank you so much for making our holiday THE best ever!
