I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt so fresh and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby. Everything about the space made me feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommend!

Great combination: great room, facilities (so in love with the indoor huge pool!), services, and its location in the heart of central Jakarta. Will recommend this to anyone else!

Pengalaman pertama menginap disini, really surprised since they upgraded my room. Its really spacious and very nice room. Thank you for the reception who did it. I forgot the name. But, you need to upgrade the food. The foods are really basic for breakfast. I was expecting too high perhaps. But, really enjoyed the room and the hospitality. Will be back for sure

We stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was great. The staffs was very helpful and professional. They upgrade our room to the biggest room with amazing view for free! When we enter the room we got greetings at the window and cute cake delivered by the manager. We also found some greetings cards that make us feel so special. The room itself was big at the corner so we can see the city from 2 sides, even the bathroom has a city view as well. My son can’t stop for running around, specially when he got a tent and balls. The living room and the kitchen was clean and complete. They also provide utensil, electric stove, microwave and a galons of water. It seems that they pay attention for the details of guest need. so you just bring your luggage there. Thank you for the great service, we will back for sure. You are on my staycation list!

我非常喜歡在五月花萬豪公寓的住宿體驗！房間寬敞明亮，一塵不染，設施齊全，讓我住得非常舒適。從高層房間俯瞰城市美景，尤其是在夜晚，景色更是令人嘆為觀止。
飯店員工的服務真的非常棒——他們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到。早餐也很美味，飯店的地理位置對於商務旅遊或休閒度假來說都無可挑剔。這裡真的讓我感覺像家一樣溫馨舒適。下次來雅加達，我一定會再入住！

First time stay disini dan bawa keluarga, langsung dapet free upgrade ke 2 deluxe, terima kasih banyak! Sayang banget cuma semalam, tapi 1 malam itu sangat sangat berkesan. Semua staff hotel ramah, helpful, dan memorable. Overall servicenya excellent! Sudah pasti aku akan balik lagi, tapi nanti dengan stay yang cukup lama yaa. Thank you all💙💙

Staff was good and friendly but check in at around 4 PM, we still had to wait for the room. Both beds were getting old, too soft or not firm enough. The fridge was not cold. The bottom of the beds were very dusty. Compliments to Syamsul from HK who was very accommodating and quick to serve.

I had booked a room, but the staff informed me that it wasn't ready yet and that I would need to wait for an hour without any prior notice. This led to a tense situation where my parents nearly argued with the staff due to the lack of clear communication. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect!

Sangat enak kamar dan tempat tidurnya. Saya bisa tidur enak. Staff sangat baik. Tetapi ada suara mesin cuti malam-malam dan pagi dari kamar lain. Amenities tidak cukup…. Kamar mandi drain nya sangat mampu jadi tidak bisa keluar air…. Ampun.
