As usual, Ritz Carlton is one of the best luxury hotels in Jakarta. Excellent service, comfortable room, strategic location. Price still reasonable.

During the pandemic we've been stayed at several five stars hotels for a staycation. With that being said, we can say confidently that we had experienced the best service from all staffs here in Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. The staffs were very accommodative. They know you, they call you by your name. They always made sure that we had all our needs fulfilled. The food was superb with so many variations from western to eastern and a mix of both. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular! Looking forward for our next stay!

I had the most pleasant experience with this hotel. The hotel take some extra miles for enjoying our honeymoon. They really take care of us during our stay! Will sure coming back to enjoy some staycation!

Desain kamar sangat menarik, breakfast banyak variasinya namun alangkah baiknya tidak perlu menggunakan sistem order karena kelamaan nunggunya, kinerja housekeepingnya sangat memuaskan, reception kurang memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang kelebihan yang kami dapatkan saat awal check in, parkiran sangat sulit jika tidak menggunakan valet parking sangat bergabung dengan parkiran mal, akses ke mal pacific place sangat mudah, manager fnb dan staf di lantai 21 sangat ramah dan selalu menanyakan apa yang kami butuhkan. Overall kami cukup puas terlepas daripada kekurangan staf hotel yang kurang bisa mengambil inisiatif untuk mengambil bagasi kami di parkiran p1 padahal kami cukup capek karena macet sehingga kami menarik sendiri bagasi dari parkiran sampai kamar kami. Untuk hotel sekelas Ritz harusnya ini tidak perlu terjadi. Namun kami tetap akan kembali lagi.

This is my 3rd time staying at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, by that you can conclude that I always have the most pleasant experience because I keep coming back. Spacious room, spacious bathrom, well-cleaned, top-notch service by all staff members, and don't get me started on the delicious food. The staff members in the lounge were extra attentive, offering everything in (and not in) the menu. You guys are my benchmark for a 5-star hotel stay. Keep up the great work!

Hospitality sangat baik sekali. Variasi makanannya yang disajikan di meja sedikit (mungkin karena pandemi agar kualitas kebersihan makanan terjaga) tetapi kita bisa request untuk dibikinkan menu yang tidak tidak ada di meja jadi sangat sempurna sekali pelayanannya. Buat Kamar juga Bersih dan Luas. Sangat senang dan puas staycation di hotel sini.
