Lokasi bagus, view sangat indah, kamar sangat Homy, layanan mengesankan. Kami ingin kembali saat liburan tiba.

Pengurus penginapannya ramah dan sopan. Waktu check out juga ada kelonggaran waktu sampai 2 jam karena baru selesai dari puncak Bromo. Pokoknya sangat menyenangkan.

Sempet ragu karena review, tapi bagus kok pelayanannya. Petugasnya ramah, air panas berfungsi, bersih. Mungkin karena memang suhu udara jadi tempatnya lembab, selebihnya great sepadan dengan yang dibayarkan. Next kalau ke Bromo bakal balik lagi

Vila nya radak lembab terus air dan listrik nya mati nyala sama kamarnya apek.

First of all it wasn't good experience. Totally very bad experience! It's horrendous experience! We are coming and choose this place cause we thought we're going to have nice stay in local villa with nature surrounded by bromo atmosphere celebrating a birthday. We checked for the hot water immediately when we arrived cause that what we care the most after long drive (12 hour driving to bromo) and long day sunrise trip, Mr. Tris was there and he is the man who supposed to take care of us. And what a surprise that the hot water doesn't work, we wait almost 45 min for that. They said they have problem with the water pump, we got disappointed and they start to offer us another villa which is not far, well another bombshell there, yes correct the water is working but the pressure was so slow and the painting on the wall looks already old and covered by mold, the villa looks creepy and not well maintained, totally different picture than the one we saw on app. Completely different. So disappointing. Of course we can't take this villa and stay there with mold around the wall. We stay in the mountain that suppose to get fresh air and should we breathing from mold around the wall? IT's not okay at all and not healthy! Paying fully price for 2 people and get this kind bad service. We decide better to leave this place, and not deal with it. We're asking if possible to get the refund money since a lot of problem in the villa and we even not stay there. Our luggage was sit in on the floor in the terrace. We called the man who is the manager of this place and he start the drama story and end up by hang up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. I'm sorry but it's ashamed. He mentioned maybe if we want we can wait for them to fix the pump means waiting another man coming from nowhere and fix it and don't know how long is gonna be. Of course no way we gonna wait more we are leaving. We just want hot water, shower and relax. So simple. I don't recommend this place at all after what happened with us, Unprofessional cause they should check everything before someone get it, and shouldn't hang up on customer or guest while on the phone.(I called him again yesterday just to ask but he never answer my called even once). And they must refund the money cause all these problem coming from them.

Expensive for the facility provided.

Accommodation was not well equipped with basic furniture like a coffee table, hair dryer, fan/AC. Staff at the place was helpful but reservation guy wasn't proactive with answering questions or providing instructions. Bedding was clean and decent with basic amenities provided. Overall price was high for the basic standards considering the condition of the house.

Terima kasih banyak. Villa sangat nyaman, bersih. Villa juga memiliki lingkungan yang aman. Suasana villa tenang. Breakfastnya enak dan juga banyak variasi makanan. Akan kembali ke villa ini lagi.

Menginap di kamar no. 10 air panasnya tidak lancar, tapi petugas villa cepat tanggap dan langsung di pindahkan ke villa no. 11, makanan sarapan hanya nasgor doang tanpa minum, tidak sesuai dengan buget villa yang mahal, petugas hotelnya baik dan ramah, pulang dari wisata gunung bromo sampai di villa mobil sudah dicuci.

Pelayanannya ramah, fasilitas juga alhamdulillah lengkap.

Villa dengan kenyamanan lumayan bagus kamar bersih makanan oke tetapi listrik sering mati karena kondisi daerah plan sering mati lampu. Saran saya genset perlu harus dikondisikan dengan baik.

Gas habis (air panas tidak berfungsi), speedy tapi WiFi tidak bisa, listrik mau habis. Dan malam-malam tahu ada yang ngetokin pintu dengan kasar, nyenterin muka dan ngomong dengan kasar "ayo naik ke puncak sudah jam 2 loh" Ganggu terseniat sangat saja. Padahal kita sudah pesan jeep yang lain. Harusnya keamane tidak boleh setiap orang boleh nyelonong kaya gitu.

Lokasi oke dan pelayanan oke. Hanya mungkn karena kemarin baru saja ada yang checkout dan kami akan masuk, pihak villa agak terburu-buru dalam membersihkan. Sehingga tissue dan keset depan kamar mandi tidak terpasang. Kamar mandi so far oke, hanya tidak ada centelan untuk handuk atau bajunyam sehingga cukup menyusahkan juga menaruh handuk atau baju ganti. Untuk kebersihan, lumayan. Area cocok untuk family. Cukup nyaman. Sempet lampu mati sekitar +- 5menit di tengah malam (24.00). Parkir untuk mobil tersedia dan view oke..

Bagus villanya foto sama fisik sama, murah, bersih, pelayanannya bagus, keluarga besar bisa masuk.

Lokasi dan rumah cukup baik. Namun pelayanan kurang baik. Fasilitas televisi rusak dan pemilik villa juga kurang ramah

Good, saya kasih nilai di angka 80% lah.

Kami chek in kondisi mati lampu dan genset tidak berfungsi dengan alasan accunya rusak dan akan diganti. Listrik mati, air tidaknyala. Kami tidak bisa ke kamar mandi karena air tidak menyala. Kondisi sdh gelap, pihak villa tidak berinisiatif memberikan penerangan darurat (lilin). Setelah saya komplen, barulah di kasih lilin. Lampu baru menyala sekitar jam 7 malam (kebayangkan kan, abis perjalanan sehari semalam, tiba di villa dengan kondisi seperti itu). Besok siangnya sebelum check out, ketika saya mau mandi (baru sedikit membasahi badan dan belum sabunan), airnya mati lagi karena listriknya mati juga. Istri komplen ke pihak villa dan saya masih menunggu di kamar mandi dengan harapan lampu dan air cepat menyala. Ternyata setelah ditunggu-tunggu tidak menyala juga. Ahirnya saya membatalkan untuk meneruskan mandi. Dan kami langsung buru buru untuk check out. Sangat sangat mengecewakan. Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih baik. Terima kasih.
