Lovely staff in a beautiful hotel. Scrupulously clean rooms with a million dollar view from the pool bar where you will find cold beer and poolside dining. Popcorn chicken went well with an ice cold beer. There is a supermarket on the ground floor with friendly, obliging staff and ATMs. Second visit to Zasgo Hotel in a year and would have no hesitation recommending.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location is a major plus, especially with the stunning view from the top-floor restaurant. It was so helpful that the hotel offered breakfast to go options, which made it easy to start our excursions early. We also appreciated the convenience of the downstairs market, where we could easily find things we needed and even shop for gifts, like local Flores coffee. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, making our trip all the more enjoyable.

Lokasi strategis, view laut dari swimming pool dan resto keren banget, apalagi pas sunset wajib banget foto-foto, variasi menu breakfast juga lumayan dan rasa enak semua, pelayanannya juga bagus, semua karyawan ramah dan very helpful. Saya coba total 3 hotel selama di Labuan Bajo 6 hari kemarin dan yang terbaik tetap Zasgo, makanya hari terakhir saya di sana booking Zasgo lagi 😄

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zasgo Hotel in Labuan Bajo, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home.
The staff at Zasgo Hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the impeccable service. Every time I asked for assistance, the staff responded with a cheerful "dengan senang hati," which means "with pleasure." Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to help created such a positive and inviting environment.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities are top-notch, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals that cater to a variety of tastes.
Overall, my stay at Zasgo Hotel exceeded all expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Labuan Bajo, I highly recommend booking a stay here. The incredible staff and exceptional service will ensure you have a fantastic experience.

我們在拉布安巴焦之旅期間，在扎斯戈酒店住了三晚，非常舒適。飯店位置便利，內部設有迷你超市和小吃攤，出遊十分方便。而且距離市中心也不遠。所有員工都非常友善熱情，樂於助人。特別要感謝接機的司機兼行李員阿奇，他非常健談、熱情友好，讓我們從踏入酒店的那一刻起就感到賓至如歸。總而言之，札斯戈飯店是拉布安巴焦的絕佳下榻之所，非常推薦！

This hotel is a great option for anyone wanting to stay close to a vibrant cafe strip. The staff are exceptionally friendly and deliver outstanding service, always making you feel welcome. They even assisted in booking my day tour, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little notes they left in my room after cleaning. This was a lovely personal touch. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and offer stunning views, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

Pertama kali ke Labuan Bajo dan langsung menginap di sini, ada supermarket dan mini mal, biarpun pilihannya tidak beragam. Lokasi strategis karena restoran dan kolam renang mengarah langsung ke laut, kalau sore bisa lihat purple sky sunset. Kamar bersih biarpun tidak begitu besar, yang suka menginap di tempat yang tidak terlalu touristic bisa pilih di sini.

Pertama kali ke Labuan Bajo dan langsung menginap di sini, ada supermarket dan mini mal, biarpun pilihannya tidak beragam. Lokasi strategis karena restoran dan kolam renang mengarah langsung ke laut, kalau sore bisa lihat purple sky sunset. Kamar bersih biarpun tidak begitu besar, yang suka menginap di tempat yang tidak terlalu touristic bisa pilih di sini.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location is a major plus, especially with the stunning view from the top-floor restaurant. It was so helpful that the hotel offered breakfast to go options, which made it easy to start our excursions early. We also appreciated the convenience of the downstairs market, where we could easily find things we needed and even shop for gifts, like local Flores coffee. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, making our trip all the more enjoyable.

Staff ramah, lokasi strategis, enaknya ada Zasgo mart, CFC, Miniso di bawah, nggak perlu keluar hotel, tinggal turun aja, direkomendasikan banget.
