We loved our stay here at the tides. The room was small but comfortable and had so many nice touches. The bed and pillows were the best from our whole stay in Ireland. The shower pressure and flow were outstanding as well as the nice toiletries available. They had cold waters ready in a small fridge in the room as well as coffee. The breakfast and breakfast room were great too. Our host was friendly and helpful in making suggestions for our trip! The only thing we could have had was air conditioning, but this is not typically needed in Ireland. The windows open and there was a fan provided. Overall, a great place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at the Tides B & B while golfing the course. The room was impeccably clean, breakfast was delicious and hospitality was wonderful. I’d highly recommend this property if you’re passing through Ballybunion. Thank you Tides B & B for the memorable stay.

I would live here if I could! The owners were fantastic! We loved seeing all the golf accolades. I love love loved the room. It was so spacious and we each had our own comfortable bed (or couch for my teen, by choice)! I loved that the tv had Netflix. It was just a wonderful stay.

This reservation was a saving grace after a VRBO reservation was ignored by the owner in Dingle. This is a wonderful property and the manager is a gentleman without equal. He was upset at the cost we had been charged and adjusted it to my advantage as it should have been. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. I could not recommend a place more if folks are heading to Tralee.

Wir wurden von unserem Host sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Das Haus und die Zimmer waren sauber, Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.
Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht. Wir haben oft gefroren und mussten den Host mehrmals darum bitten, die Heizung einzuschalten. Im Badezimmer war ein „Water Saver“ am Wasserhahn installiert, wodurch wir jeweils rund drei Minuten warten mussten, bis endlich Warmwasser kam. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit „Meerblick und Blick auf den Golfplatz“ gebucht – tatsächlich liegt der Golfplatz oder das Meer jedoch mehrere Kilometer entfernt, was enttäuschend war. Auch die Fernsehsender beschränkten sich ausschließlich auf lokale irische Programme.
Auch wenn der Gastgeber sehr bemüht ist, können wir keine Höchstbewertung vergeben. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften unserer Reise war es deutlich teurer, ohne dass der Komfort oder die Ausstattung entsprechend überzeugt hätten.

Due to a family bereavement they were unable to offer breakfast, but we had not booked breakfast anyway. Although we were there in late August the town was incredibly quiet. Most food and drink places were closed for the duration of our 3 night stay, for breakfast or dinner. But McMunns were open on our last night and we got a good dinner there.
