位置非常方便，距離羅馬車站走路五分鐘，而且沿途的人行道都鋪了柏油路，拖行李不會感到困難重重。 服務態度非常普通，甚至讓人覺得沒有服務。 可以感覺得到是很舊的建築改裝而成，進房時有著非常強烈、聞到讓人頭痛的香氛味，還好開窗透氣之後就散去。外面就是熱鬧的街道，餐廳和購物選擇非常多，但氣密窗效果很好，所以不會吵雜。倒是室內的隔音效果不太好，會聽到隔壁、走廊和樓上的聲音。 房間的設計相對比較古早，清潔度不錯，還有做垃圾分類。電梯旁有提供飲水機，沒有熱水，不過隨時有過濾冷水喝，真的非常方便！

性價比不太化算。 鄰近羅馬火車站，地理位置優越。 但如果以機場、景點考慮，就不是化算。

Hotel itself is good, staff was helpful. Rooms were decent. Shower water pressure was abysmal and the shower head couldn’t swivel properly. The area around the hotel felt unsafe and dirty. Overall experience was good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The location is within walking distance to the Fountain, Spanish Steps, and even the Colosseum, although it is a little farther from some attractions. On the plus side, it is very close to the train station, which is the main reason we chose it. The hotel is clean and spacious. We stayed with three kids in a family room, and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. If you don’t mind walking about 15–20 minutes, I would recommend this hotel. There are also several restaurants and shops nearby, so finding food is convenient. Overall, the area felt clean and safe.

The buffet breakfast and staff who worked the breakfast area were amazing!

Room for large, breakfast was a little expensive, but it was wond wonderful with lots to choose fromextensive

The staff was help and friendly

We stayed one night in a large interconnecting family room, which was perfect for us. Both rooms were very spacious with big bathrooms and everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms were ready when we arrived just before 2pm, which was really convenient. The service at Reception was exceptional – the staff were friendly and helpful, even booking a bus tour for us (though you can also pay directly on arrival at the bus if you prefer). The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to trains and buses, and within walking distance of many main sights. Buses are also inexpensive and very straightforward when travelling with children. While the price for one night was on the higher side, it felt reasonable given the location, the size of the rooms, and the peak season. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located stay.

Staff was very helpful and accomodations were comfortable.
