Amazing hospitality, super helpful, great value and superb location (2 minute from vienna st), everything we can reach. Good breakfast and appreciate for staff while missing my luggage. Me and family enjoy to stay in this hotel. Perfect and superb, love it. Would stay here again if I were to visit this city again, very recommended for family traveling.

We enjoyed our two day stay at the hotel. However, the bottom of one of the beds was broken. The AC was extremely cold and blew directly at our faces when we slept. Also, the shower didn't have a curtain to keep the water inside. Overall, eh.

The AC is pre-set. No matter how you adjust, it automatically goes back to the hotel default heat mode. The room temperature rises up to 28 degree celsius at night. We can’t sleep and finally open the window to cool down the room…..
The receptionists are not friendly, but other staff in the restaurant and housekeepers are good.
Not recommend this hotel to others. It’s not worth it.

剛好遇到大潮，整個飯店一樓都泡在水裡，有股臭味，但是水退後飯店很快清洗，但還是有味道，房間本身舒服看這運河景觀，飯店早餐很不怎樣，但這是威尼斯，所以還可以接受。

房內面個電話打 reception 無人聽，要打operator 先得。
雪櫃有水，但要收錢；而且無標明錢要水，要問先知要錢。

剛好碰到威尼斯淹水過後，所以電梯壞了無法使用，還好服務員可以幫忙提行李上樓，房間不大，浴室有個大浴缸，但設備設計的有點奇怪，沖澡會噴的到處都是，這是個缺點，早餐還可以，飯店地點離車站近。

此行意大利最不满意的酒店。酒店距离露西亚火车站5分钟路程，房间不大，两个24寸行李箱打开基本就没有落脚的地方了。淋浴房很小，花洒水压不大。有烧水壶和冰箱，但没有送饮用水，酒店附近有超市。早餐种类比较多。但是服务非常差！房间马桶坏了，通知前台来修，前后来了2个人搞了1个多小时没修好，竟然说给我们一个盆自己接水冲！接水冲！接水冲！我们坚决要求换房，开始说没房了，后来多次交涉后终于同意换房，但是新房间有一股很重的油烟味，一面墙甚至还裸露着墙皮。由于已经临近深夜12点，第二天还有出行计划，我们没有再和店家纠结。第二天三扇窗子全部打开，晚上回来时屋里的味道才小一些。结账时店方没有任何道歉或其他表示，仿佛一切没有发生过。
