Amazing hospitality, super helpful, great value and superb location (2 minute from vienna st), everything we can reach. Good breakfast and appreciate for staff while missing my luggage. Me and family enjoy to stay in this hotel. Perfect and superb, love it. Would stay here again if I were to visit this city again, very recommended for family traveling.

Well maintained hotel in the canal. Outstanding breakfast overlooking the canal. Other seating areas on the canal and a large bar. Surrounded by great shopping and walkable to St. Mark’s. Bathrooms are tiny but…everything else is perfect!

The location was pretty good. We just rolled out suitcases from train station to the hotel. The in-house restaurant served one of the best food. Staff were very helpful. I booked a boat taxi right there to get to Venice airport. Seamless experience.

The AC is pre-set. No matter how you adjust, it automatically goes back to the hotel default heat mode. The room temperature rises up to 28 degree celsius at night. We can’t sleep and finally open the window to cool down the room….. The receptionists are not friendly, but other staff in the restaurant and housekeepers are good. Not recommend this hotel to others. It’s not worth it.

Foe that price , it is below my expectations May be is the season and occasion.

Location - This hotel is very near to the metro station. Within 100m, it's highly recommended to tourists. Surrounded by eateries and shops, it's very easy to fill your stomach. Room condition - Well, dont expect this hotel to be a 5 star rating because the buildings in Venice are probably older than your grandma's grandma. However, the room is very well kept, clean and smelled good. View can be great if your room is looking over the canal. My room looks over the walkway so I kept the windows closed all the time. TV channels are all in Italian. So, nothing to watch. TV cannot be streamed from devices as well. Air conditioning is weak. I guess the hotel config the aircon to heater function which I hate it. In the end, I opened the windows slightly to let in cold air. Felt so much better after that. Breakfast buffet was normal, nothing to be fancy about. For the price of $16 Euro, I guess it's worth it. Nevertheless, I will still recommend this hotel to anyone.
