On site parking in secure area was very good. Reception staff excellent on arrival and throughout vacation.Building work being completed by entrance to swimming pool.Good base for travelling to Brescia City centre/Lake Garda/Lake Iseo.
Room cleaned every day for the stay. Breakfast good choice . Meal at hotel 3 rd night was very good and reasonable price.

The neatness of this place is the best in the city. The restaurant is so so good with some yummy breakfast ideas and an ample parking space. I will be returning when next I am in Brescia

I go to Brescia yearly to visit relatives and friends. This is my first time staying at the double tree which is within walking distance to my relatives and the metro — I’m beyond impressed and will always stay here from now on.

I booked this hotel because I wanted my kids be able to go in the pool. No one informed me that the pool was undergoing a renovation so it was closed. The only thing the offers me was to see if the public pool was open. No apology, no option to change hotels nothing. Very disappointing for such a reputable hotel chain.

For what a room costs, it’s not worth it in my opinion.
There isn’t really an area where you can comfortably work on a laptop, apart from a couple of small tables in the lobby and a few near the bar.
The gym is okay, but it only has space for a maximum of three people.
The pool is closed at the end of May.

Das Bettsofa wurde nicht vorbereitet (war nicht ausgeklappt und Decke fehlte), obwohl klar war, dass wir das brauchen werden.

Si la stanza e il bagno era buona. Purtroppo un blackout ha reso il soggiorno un po anomalo. Anche alla mattina l'ascensore non era ancora funzionante anche se il personale molto gentilmente ha reso disponibile l'ascensore di servizio

Unsere gebuchte Suite war leider in der ersten Nacht nicht verfügbar. Konnten in der zweiten Nacht wechseln ohne Rückerstattung der Preisdifferenz ausser einer Barkonsumatiin am ersten Abend. Parkplätze kostenlos und eingezäunt das war sehr gut.
