Small room, air-conditioner not enough cold.

The hotel is very new and with modern design. The hotel staff from front desk to restaurant is extremely nice. Location is good as well. We have a very pleasant stay. Thank you again for all the hotel staff for the wonderful service.

很棒的飯店

環境設計感強烈且舒適，電梯感應方式方便並能避免他人誤闖。需要特別說的是棉被非常舒服，不像其它飯店總是棉被芯與被套分離，棉被重量也很足夠。

I stayed in hotel at room 1510 till 30/11 & I checked out on the 30/11 early morning with cash payment Euro 30 for the city tax , given to the male staff already . I just found the hotel still charge me the city tax 30 Euro in my credit card ! Shall the hotel refund to me ?!

Comfy bed and various charger cables provided. Otherwise, my phone is out of battery as my backpack has been stolen, all my stuff inside the bag

Great stay for a short city trip.

Chromcast did not work . After asking 5 times got fixed Paid for breakfast but they said extra charge for hot breakfast at the end. Never booking from Expedia again. Never use this hotel. Only 2-3 tv channels in English

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here at Duo! Everything was clean, well designed, and the service was truly incredible. Everybody was very friendly and ready to help with any needs that may arise. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which for our short stay was a must. I’m officially converted from AirBnB and will be seeking out these hotels now. They’re a part of a group of independent hotels associated with a Marriott portfolio, so it had lots of authentic charm paired with the smooth operations that I generally associate with Marriott. As someone who works in event planning industry I’m always impressed by this. There was a cute photobooth that gave our group a sweet souvenir printed photo, which was a simple touch that left such a big impact on our day. Nearby, there is a restaurant called Barzac that was also delicious and friendly. I was surprised that despite being in a touristy area (near central station), the restaurants all had good reviews. We did pay extra for the breakfast and it was SO worth it. Excellent service and experience. Our whole group is happy and talking about how we can’t wait to go to another hotel like this!!

We loved everything about this hotel. Modern, comfortable, delightful staff and close proximity to central station.

We truly enjoyed our short stay here. AC was awesome. Bedding was wonderful. The entire staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The biggest downside was that the walls were VERY thin and we could hear pretty much everything going on next door, from coughing and talking to...more amorous activity. This biggest upside was the restaurant next door, Ristorante Qui Si Mangia. It is run by the sweetest couple, great food, and the best price for wine on tap I saw in Milan during our week there. We also liked that it was close to Centrale Station but not too close.
