We had an absolutely wonderful stay here at Duo! Everything was clean, well designed, and the service was truly incredible. Everybody was very friendly and ready to help with any needs that may arise. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which for our short stay was a must. I’m officially converted from AirBnB and will be seeking out these hotels now. They’re a part of a group of independent hotels associated with a Marriott portfolio, so it had lots of authentic charm paired with the smooth operations that I generally associate with Marriott. As someone who works in event planning industry I’m always impressed by this. There was a cute photobooth that gave our group a sweet souvenir printed photo, which was a simple touch that left such a big impact on our day. Nearby, there is a restaurant called Barzac that was also delicious and friendly. I was surprised that despite being in a touristy area (near central station), the restaurants all had good reviews. We did pay extra for the breakfast and it was SO worth it. Excellent service and experience. Our whole group is happy and talking about how we can’t wait to go to another hotel like this!!

We truly enjoyed our short stay here. AC was awesome. Bedding was wonderful. The entire staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The biggest downside was that the walls were VERY thin and we could hear pretty much everything going on next door, from coughing and talking to...more amorous activity.
This biggest upside was the restaurant next door, Ristorante Qui Si Mangia. It is run by the sweetest couple, great food, and the best price for wine on tap I saw in Milan during our week there.
We also liked that it was close to Centrale Station but not too close.

What a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast and Paula goes out of her way to make sure you feel like a celebrity there. Its conveniently located very closed to the Milano Central train station. Loved it!

The property was beautiful and walking distance from the main train station. Everything was great overall, just that there were spider webs is my room near the vents. It did bother my daughter who is terrified of spiders.

I was keen for a safe hotel as i was travelling alone. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was just right for me with everything i needed. All staff i encountered were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst in a business district the metro was close by and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

One of the bartenders was incredibly racist and did not show any kindness. We inquired about our 20 minute wait for our item we ordered but he did not seem to show any sympathy. He also used the word “China” in Italian to describe us, while laughing and mocking. This is not okay and I hope you take considerable steps in addressing it with this hotel.

Great location, 6 min walk to Milan Centrale train station and did not feel unsafe. Close to the shuttle bus to go to outlet mall. The room was clean and nice. Not sure if it was a smoking room but we opened the windows to air it out while we explored during the day. Would stay again.

Great location, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. Close to train station and buses. Great restaurants just around the corner and awesome gelato just a few blocks away. Cafe Norin was yummy, I wish I could remember the name of the Chinese restaurant and another one as they were both excellent and within 3 blocks. Staff was very helpful.

Great location, 6 min walk to Milan Centrale train station and did not feel unsafe. Close to the shuttle bus to go to outlet mall. The room was clean and nice. Not sure if it was a smoking room but we opened the windows to air it out while we explored during the day. Would stay again.

Great location, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. Close to train station and buses. Great restaurants just around the corner and awesome gelato just a few blocks away. Cafe Norin was yummy, I wish I could remember the name of the Chinese restaurant and another one as they were both excellent and within 3 blocks. Staff was very helpful.
