I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space, which made it really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for my workouts. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
Would definitely stay here again!

房間裝潢一般，感覺整體偏舊，這應該就是這等級酒店的情形，近高速公路，早餐需加強。這裡應是工業商業區域沒什麼可看的。

Frankly speaking ,the reception is friendly.The room is a little old but it's ok.Generaly,it’s clean.The worst experience is with the waitress of the breakfast room.They only care to write down your room Number.The last day when we check out,we need to catch a train in a hurry and we don't have enough time to have breakfast.I just go there and try to get 1 banana in the breakfast room（breakfast is prepaid with room rate）.One of the waitress stop me very rude (she was 5 meters away from me and said "No No No" with very loud sound）It seems that i stole something from her.This really make me feel very uncomfortable.If it's not allowed by the hotel, why you can't come in front of me and explain to me.
I never had such worse experience with SPG hotel.And i will never choose this hotel again.

We checked in around 8pm after driving 9 hours from southern Italy. They gave us a ticket and tell us where to park. They failed to tell us that we have to walk with all the way around this huge building to go back to the room. We walked for like 10 minutes try to access the building and many doors but no access to enter. There were no lights around the building (my 3 year old felt) it was totally necessary for them to mentioned the only entrance and exit was thru the lobby. Stayed in many four points in the past and we never seen this configuration. Nonsense. Restaurant prices and food was terrible. I was sick all night after eating the octopus. All 3 plates were terrible €70Horrible experience. Room were comfy and clean but took a while to cool down.

Certes il s'agit d'un Four Points, mais je ne lui donne que 2 étoiles.
D'abord c'est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels qui ont des noms moins prestigieux et qui offrent une prestation bien supérieure. L'hôtel a vieilli et n'est finalement pas très attractif.
Deuxièmement... le petit déjeuner... une catastrophe, c'est ce point qui fait complètement descendre la note... une vraie déception, pas du tout au niveau. Les produits servis ne sont globalement pas bons et le choix est ridicule. Il y a certainement tant de produits locaux de bonne qualité pourquoi servir à des clients une omelette industrielle, c'est immangeable. Franchement, s'il y a un chef cuisinier qui s'occupe de ça, mettez le à la tonte du gazon, sa place n'est pas en cuisine!

A comfortable room and friendly staff, but let down by a very poor restaurant, which was the only real choice as hotel is not walking distance to other options. Poor food choices, expensive for what available, badly lit restaurant and very underwhelming food.

Entro in camera e penso si siano dimenticati la finestra aperta, in quanto sembrava di essere in tangenziale.. insonorizzazione delle finestre pari allo 0. Odore di pipì che fuoriesce dal water.
Per concludere, alla mattina, il cliente della camera sopra la mia, si fa la doccia, e inizia a cadere acqua dal soffitto, tanto da allagare il bagno e da bagnare in modo importante la camera. Non ci tornerò mai più

Es una pena que una franquicia de estas ofrezca cuartos para 4 personas y el sofá cama esté en terrible estado. No se pudo dormir en él. Era incómodo y en pésimo estado.
Y el staff del restaurante no fue nada simpático.
