位置很好，離廣場走路不到10分鐘，早餐選擇不多，熱食另外要錢

Even this hotel is little bit far from the city heart, this hotel is the best hotel of my ten days trip in italy. The hotel allow defer the check out time till 12:00pm. Strongly recommend this hotel to the one who wanna have a comfortable staying in italy. One more there is a bar street or a lot of restaurants on the left hand side (after cross one bridge) of the hotel.

The best of the best! This will forever be my go-to hotel in Venice. Can’t wait to go back

This hotel is situated really well…not far from St Marks square, but far enough to be quiet at night…really handy for the water buses too. Although the rooms are quite small, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean & tidy. Breakfast had a broad choice of nice quality food. Only constructive criticisms would be toilets in the restaurant are not great, no conditioner in the bathroom and a very manly smelling shampoo, as well as not much shower gel. Could do with a few more power points in the room too. Overall a very nice stay, and would strongly recommend it.

Perfect location! Right in the Grand Canal but just a couple of blocks from all the hustle and bustle. An older hotel with a lot of charm. Fabulous breakfast and wonderful staff with views to die for. Highly recommend!

I can not rate this hotel any higher. It was amazing. Tony greeted us when we arrived and he was amazing. The best we had during our stay. The breakfast was amazing, the room was wonderful, the position perfect as a little away from the rat race of the day but with a lovely area to sit and relax outside and watch the world go by. Highly recommend.

Staffs were nice, the location is perfect if you plan to be near the Biennale. Breakfast is amazing.

Hotel is very well placed for boat service, breakfast was excellent, rooms were well appointed, but the best thing about the hotel was the superb service from the reception staff. On first night there was an issue with aircon which couldnt be fixed and the team did literally everything they could and resolved it ASAP. Had a great stay.

Great service! We were upgraded to a beautiful corner room with an excellent view of the lagoon. Everyone was so helpful! Especially Stefano! Also Murad

The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to public transit was convenient. Our only disappointment was there is no chair in the room, so the only place to sit was on the bed. Still highly recommend the hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years now during my annual visit to Venice. I just love it!

The entire staff was so welcoming, professional and friendly. We had great recommendations for dining and sightseeing from the staff. The breakfast inside the hotel was delightful as well. LOCATION !! One word: Amazing!

The front desk folks were very kind and helpful to us arranging water taxis, Murano glass factory tour, and even an ambulance! Hotel Buccintoro is in a gorgeous location far enough away from the bustle but walkable distance to concerts, museums and a lovely park.

The hotel, staff and location were very good. However, the bed was exceedingly hard. I was literally sore every morning.

Hotel itself is beautiful and has beautiful views from rooms. We did not, however, receive a warm welcome from reception when arriving. We arrived earlier than check in time and was promptly told so. When I stated that I understood and just wanted to leave our luggage, reception told me to put it in room and did not say anything after that. Reception was very bothered by our presence and when we returned to check in, handed us keys and never told us which rooms were assigned to who. We loved our rooms and the proximity of the hotel to water taxi. It’s a shame that our first interaction was not a pleasant experience.

This is a gem. One of the best small hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are beautiful, views are great, breakfast is first class. Location is excellent. Great value

The hotel is located right around a public water transportation stop, 10-15 mins walk to St Mark's square, and with many restaurant options. The staff are very warm ad super accommodating. We had an early morning flight to catch. The friendly front desk people made the water taxi reservation for us. When we came to the lobby on that morning, we were pleasantly surprised to receive two breakfast to-go bags! We will highly recommend Hotel Bucintoro to our friends!
