I only spent one night (less than 12 hours) there for a stop-over for my flight. Well, even though the information reveals that it’s an airport hotel, it took me nearly half an hour to get there by shuttle. It’s a very old school and old-fashioned hotel. My room located in the subsidiary building, so I was required to walk along a trail to get to my room. But there were not enough road signs which direct me to get there so I got lost for a few times. And the trail was extremely dark, as a female backpacker travelling alone, I was really scared and threatened. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The only thing that impressed me was that the breakfast was quite nice.

Near the Flumcino is a main point I stay there but insufficient transport information especially airport transfer. My experience when I arrive Flumicino airport cannot get any info to there because at after 2000, info centre closed, taxi driver offer me a crazy price at 40 euro. Luckily one of public staff help me to ask other people so I can get the hotel shuttle bus finally just cost 6 euro

Affordable and convenient,

Staff was kind and professional. Hotel was adequate but not close to city or transportation. Expensive to take taxi to town. Worth the money, but I'd spend more to stay in town. This staff made it wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at the Chopin and even went back a second time. The rooms were clean and well kept and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy. You want a vehicle if staying there, but you are 5 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from Ostia and the water. Ostia is beautiful and full of nightlife. 30 minutes from roma centro. We would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends

Even though we were 1.5 km from the airport the taxi was still over $30usd

The bathroom smelled like mildew

This is a very low grade hotel. The breakfast was a particular low point. Just beware of what you're getting - only book if very cheap.

The person at reception was very helpful. Booked cab for the morning, reminded us to have breakfast.

Ok hotel for 1 night before going to airport thats all. Proximity to airport is perfect. Place looked more like a museum. Bathroom very old needs upgrade quickly. Split air was good. Make sure you bring your water and food. We arrived around 7PM and could not walk anywhere to get food.

Friendly staff, nothing around to get to, bathroom was very small, couldn't get hot water, had a cold shower, pretty disappointing.

Loved the decor of the hotel. Good location, many dining options and close to airport. Polite staff. Comfortable room.

Do not recommend. Registration clerk rude. He also offered to order best price taxi, short trip to Fiumicino 35 € - double price than normal taxi. Hotel near busy high way. Town on the other side. Breakfast poor. Flies on break and only a little to eat. Prices of room changed - while booked 198€ city tax 7,20. In hotel tax 12 €. And then total price over 200 €. Evening man in reception was very nice and friendly! However, book another hotel!!! When you want to visit Fiumicino.
