Everything was fine but it says 4 stars but doesn’t have amenities for it. No tissue box, no slippers, no toothbrush etc. we stayed for 2 nights there wasn’t housekeeping. Else it’s nice property, accessible by bus and train.

Frukost OK. Badrummet hade fuktskador.

I recently stayed at Hotel Davinci and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was not working properly. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to get any rest. I even tried changing rooms, but the situation did not improve and I still could not sleep. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support afterward. I contacted Expedia to request a partial credit because the room price had dropped to less than half of what I originally paid in advance. After reaching out to customer service, I was simply told they were sorry and that nothing could be done. There was no attempt to offer any solution—not even a room upgrade or a small goodwill gesture. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not what I expected. I would not recommend staying here.

If you want to stay close to Milan avoid staying here you will lose precious time. Hotel is Ok I don’t know how is a 4 start hotel is next to another hotel that’s abandoned and looks like a sketchy area but it’s not.

If your looking for an honest unbiased review this is it Pros: -Cheaper booking price -front desk employees do their best to fix your issues -Upgrade our beds from double (which is more like a single) to a real double -about 15 minutes walk from comasina metro station - bar staff are very nice -shower water pressure is good - front desk speaks english Cons: -Hotel surroundings are very old and a lot of the buildings look abandoned/ burnt -safety is completely compromised (will expand on this later) -hotel lobby has absolutely no amenities -Rooms lack any sort of coffee or tea no glass ware no cutlery very basic plastic cups and two water bottles provided in a room fridge that doesn’t really work -Tv in room is very small -very noisy occupants -washroom only includes a tiny bar of soap and 2 in one shampoo and body wash -tourist tax is 10€ daily per person which is much more then usual -some whole floors and room smell of pure cigarettes -ac is non functional and is about 50 years old -very low quality breakfast offered at very premium 25€ Overall this isn’t a 4 star hotel by any means even a 3 star is pushing it don’t come here and expect any sort of luxury this hotel gives you the bare minimum to survive. now back to the safety before we came me and my sister had looked at reviews indicating possibility of theft therefore we decided to keep as many valuables with us during the day as possible on the third and final day House keeping entered our rooms

Im Zimmer ging jeweils mitten in der Nacht ein Geräusch los und hörte nicht mehr auf bis am Morgen! und das jede Nacht. Das Personal hat sich lediglich entschuldigt, kam uns aber nicht entgegen. Sehr schade.

Das zimmer ist in nicht 4 sterne zustand sehr gebraucht.

It took 30 minutes by 1km walking to the metro then changing 2 metros to go downtown. The hotel itself is ok. The room is big enough.

Great hotel. Clean, good food.

The room was big and clean but I would expect tea and coffee makıng facilities in a 4 star hotel room there was none.

Staff super friendly, clean rooms very good breakfast buffet which if requested night before is 7 Euros cheaper.

Frigo chaud , toilette qui coule , douche sans pression , chambre pas du tout comme sur les photos et surtout sale tâches suspectes sur les murs , cheveux sur les draps et dans la baignoire, lavabo boucher , coffre fort cassé ,plus jamais je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
