Sehr tolle Rooftop Bar, mit einem irre netten Service. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind völlig ruhig. Einzig echter Nachteil: diese Zimmer riechen mit Klimaanlage etwas modrig und die (kleinen) Ameisen kommen leicht ins Zimmer. In allen anderen Belangen ein sehr gutes Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The location was perfect for enjoying Florence, and the hotel itself felt comfortable, clean, and well cared for. After long days walking through the city, it was a great place to come back to and relax. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff made us feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。

There was so much to love about this hotel. Great location and helpful staff. We loved our room fundamentally, leading out to a quiet secluded courtyard that our daughter loved running around in. That being said, as beautifully as the room itself was, it also smelt very strongly of mould/mildew. Indeed, it was very disappointing. Typically, I think we would have requested a new room but the stay was brief and I think we were so tired and on a time crunch that we just decided to live with it. Like I say- lots to love but couldn’t not flag that issue.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was an older building (as expected in Italy), but very well maintained, and the room was gorgeous. The bathroom was very modern, the space was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio. Wonder property, beautiful courtyard. Arrived Florence early in the morning. The hotel had luggage storage awaiting the 3 o’clock check in. When we arrived to check in our bags were in our room. Staff was extremely helpful getting us a cab on the morning of our departure at 4:35 am. Would certainly book again if I make it back to Florence.

This place is wonderful. Perfect location close enough to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough from it that the foot traffic feels at arms length. The front desk staff is super warm and the location is beautiful. Make sure to check out the courtyard next to the front desk area and also the stunning roof top bar views. I found this spot to be exactly where I wanted to start and finish my daily walking journeys. Slip into the nearby side streets for some great cafes, restaurants and Osterias.

The staff was very friendly and so nice during my whole trip. The room exceeded my expectations. It was huge! The air worked great, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary wine was delicious. The hotel is in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again.

We reserved one of the last expensive rooms due to size and there’s no other wires to describe it but weird. No elevator, had a security door that is extremely unpredictable and always took several Times to get it to work with room key. Then the room. Very large but such a waste of space! The room was probably 500sft with about 5’ of bathroom. No way that 2 people could fit in there simultaneously. F/B options also inconvenient to get to, especially from our room and very cramped. On the plus side it is a great location and the staff are friendly.

Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property.

Great location and great staff. The rooms and property felt clean, had great views on the terrace. While it wasn’t a big issue for us since it wasn’t extremely hot outside, there is no cooling only heating available in the rooms which confused me since “AC” was listed. The staff provided us a plug in fan and we opened the terrace windows and it kept it cool enough but I probably wouldn’t be comfortable in the warmer months.
