The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute walk into the city Square.

從火車站(上車地點在火車站對面的商場，乘電梯到負二層)乘坐巴士四個站左右，約10分鐘就可以到達酒店。從酒店行5-10分鐘就到達舊城的巴士站，在這裡可以坐巴士去San Gimignano等。這裡附近也有Conad超級市場。然後再行15分鐘左右就到達舊城中心，貝殼廣場。火車站內的超級市場貨品款式也很齊全。 酒店的早餐豐富，還可以請職員提供手沖咖啡。

We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.

Albergo accogliente e dal buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. È un po’ datato nella struttura. Le camere andrebbero rinnovate, ma sono decenti e pulite. Se cercate un hotel moderno questo non fa al caso vostro. Tuttavia, mi sento di consigliarlo perché è pulito, la colazione è abbastanza assortita ed il personale è molto gentile. Anche la posizione permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi piuttosto agevolmente.

I was appalled at the treatment of the front staff. Those that appeared to be upper management were extremely rude. There was a young girl by the name of Sophia and a night receptionist (male) that were kind and went over and above! The ladies working in the cafeteria and the maids were extremely kind too. In fact, I would go to them for assistance in order to avoid the front desk.

We really liked our one night here. The location is close enough to easily walk to the city center but far enough away for it to be quiet when the city is bustling at night. We had a room with a terrace view of the city and enjoyed the couple hours we were able to sit out there. It's also conveniently located near the train station, only about five minutes by taxi to get there.

從火車站(上車地點在火車站對面的商場，乘電梯到負二層)乘坐巴士四個站左右，約10分鐘就可以到達酒店。從酒店行5-10分鐘就到達舊城的巴士站，在這裡可以坐巴士去San Gimignano等。這裡附近也有Conad超級市場。然後再行15分鐘左右就到達舊城中心，貝殼廣場。火車站內的超級市場貨品款式也很齊全。 酒店的早餐豐富，還可以請職員提供手沖咖啡。

They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.
