Convenient location steps away from the Vatican City! Clean room and excellent breakfast!!

Vi elsker dette hotel. Det dejligste værelse med altan ud mod vatikanet. Personalet er det bedste, altid venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset er meget rent. Morgenmad på tagterrassen. Vi kommer igen næste år.

バチカン博物館入場口から100mほどで非常に近く、朝早くからの入場にも大変便利でした、 スタッフの方とは翻訳アプリでの会話でしたが全く問題なく、とても気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

We loved the hotel, the staff and the location

Quarto muito bom!

The room was warm and had daily housekeeping. The towels were replaced only if you leave a mess and not if you fold them and let dry on the towel rack. The room has a desk, a phone, a tv with the tools to switch languages if available on the movie. It was nice to watch films in English to relax. The WiFi was simple to use during my stay. The room safe was a good size and worked with the room key. I wish the hangers were more traditional to take out of the closet so I could rise clothes and then air dry in the bathroom. The hotel deal through Expedia included daily breakfast which has a larger than expected variety cooked fresh daily. The taxes for the hotel room were exactly as stated in my reservation. I did not have any fees to pay at checkout. The hotel was able to arrange a shuttle to take me to the airport and drop me off at the terminal. The driver was professional, kind, friendly, and very fast. The only glitch was that my flight had space problems for carry on and my bag was taken to holding for flying to the destination. The airline sent my bag a day later. However, the hotel gave it 2 days later. The hotel staff was made aware of my problem. Someone stated they would accept the bag in the lobby and let me know. No one told me anything or took it to my room. The staff member for some reason placed it behind the curtain. Never left word or a note. I had to push them to look for it. The airline app said delivered. Thank God for apps. Overall positive vibes.

Hotel bem localizado. Ao lado da entrada do Museu do Vaticano. Bom para visitar as coisas desse lado da cidade. Não é longe tambem pra ir andando do centro. Tem bons restaurantes e um carrefour próximo. O hotel já é datado mas confortável. Como a maioria dos hoteis da europa tem um péssimo chuveiro estilo conta-gotas. O atendimento na recepção é bem gentil. Late check-out até as 17h por 50 euros. O check-out normal, no entanto, é terrivelmente cedo as 10h.

Hotel Museum staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions of Vatican City.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Musei. Staff are great and the location is very convenient to the Metro, the Vatican and other places of interest. I will be back there next year.
