I had stayed at another hotel and then added two days to my stay in Rome. That hotel said it didn't have space for those days and I reserved with Hotel Museum. They were marvelously generous. I contacted them that I would need to check out of my other hotel at 11 am and their check in was 2:30. Rome was in a severe heat wave and I said I was happy to come at 11:30 and rest and read in their lounge until 2:30. On arrival they said my room was ready and I can't say how lovely that was. Thank you. The available coffee anytime was such a gift since afternoon caffeine is needed and it was too hot to go out for it. Thank you. The room, the bed, the view, the air cooling was such a comfort. Thank you. The staff and maid were all very kind and helpful. Thank you. The arranged airport shuttle was a huge relief. I wanted to take the metro - Termini - and the Leo... express but I was just too tired to work with it all and an international plane to catch as well. I will be delighted to stay at Hotel Museum again. Thank you.

Too noisy, at 6 am they were doing’ construction on the street, bed was very hard , pillows were hard. Beautiful hotel with free breakfast but we didn’t sleep well for the 3 nights we stayed. Front desk staff was very warlmand friendly.

It was unique in the way that there was an over powering smell, in the hotel and worse in the room There was no cold drink supplied on arrival in 40 degree heat The floor was filthy The hotel needs to be urgently updated When walking out into the streets they also smelled and rubbish everywhere What a great opportunity for the owner to have a hotel in such a great location and to offer a more cleaner and better environment

Breakfast was not very good. The staff for breakfast was not friendly the best part was the spacious room the AC stopped working it was super hot, front staff some of them were very nice but not very knowledgeable about directions or times

Property is walking distance if planning to go to Vatican City , it’s just across the Vatican museum. AC not very strong , and breakfast 10 euro is ok - can be better ( hilton in Venice breakfast is wonderful and it’s even free. We had a very wonderful/ hardworking housekeeper. I wish we have microwave and and atleast coffee maker + iron in the room.
