This is an older hotel but is centrally located. Close to numerous reastaurants and shops. The staff was very attentive and quickly resolved any issues we had (A/C was not working properly) we enjoyed the stay but would not want to stay for an extended stay since there are limited activities in the area.

整體住宿體驗不錯。不過地毯顏色太淺色(米白色)對用家不方便。收費飲品很多，但無提供免費飲用水，且茶包只有壹包及壹包即冲咖啡(兩日計)；以四星酒店而言，不成比例。浴室淋浴間空間太小及漏水，使用不便。

Find another location customer service very rude and disrespectful. I had my husband and my two girls for one night. They forced me to pay extra for additional bed we didn't need or use. We were staying over one night. I booked the double loft one bed for my husband and one for my girls. They forced me ro pay $70 for and extra bed. The place is old and need to be cleaned. I wouldn't stay there not for one second. See picture comfortable was dirty and room n batbroom was musty.

We booked 2 rooms for our family. One of the room when we used the shower the tub was pitch back and the water was leaking onto the tile and then we noticed it was on the carpet outside the bathroom door. When we told reception, they stated they knew of the issue and gave us towels to place on the carpet. The second issue in the same room was that the AC was not cooling the room. Also the room was not clean well when we entered and the carpets were old and smell in both rooms. After complaining about the AC they switched us to another room where you had to pass through the kitchen to get to our room. It was little bigger and AC was better but the again it was not well maintained or cleaned and the carpets were old and smelly. The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel rooms needs better maintenance. Not as pictured on Expedia.

They Overcharged us for the city tax/fee. It is supposed to be $9 in US dollars per room, and they charged us €10 euros per room and refused to honor the Expedia price. They also charged us €100 for a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel that we didn’t even get to use because the flight came in the evening! And they refused to take that charge off the room. Poor experience

After Rome, this was a sweet find for 1 night before heading on our cruise. We had an ocean view in a spacious room with the bed upstairs and the kids downstairs (we picked the room in advance), walking distance to everything including the train station, dining, beach, and town. The staff was nice from arrival to check out. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent. While clean, it is an older building so that is evident ... we were ok with it though. Would definitely revisit if staying longer in Civitavecchia (honestly, restaurants closeby were also great!).

Hotel and Room is outdated, closet is broken, carpet is dirty with black spots, It really need major make over, it charged over $250 a night for this type of quality hotel. I booked a triple room (one double bed and I single bed) that accommodates 3 people. After I checked in, the older man at reception who called said I booked for 2 people, I said I booked Triple Room for 3 people, he asked to pay Euro $60 for extra person for each night, we stayed for 2 nights and I paid extra $120 for this outdated and dirty room. I did not argue with him because we are traveling and just want a smooth vacation. I got flea bites from sit on the sofa in the room . Be aware this hotel, they just try to make money and did not maintain the hotel.

This was just an overnight stay on the way back to the Rome airport. The staff were excellent and nice. The building was in poor condition. Stained red carpets in the lobby. The shower in our room had a mix of gobs of white silicon and a lot of mold. The shower head would not stay up on the sliding bar. The room was very dated. Somewhat surprisingly the carpet was a light color and clean with a new er look. The Hotel said they were full, but the place felt empty? Odd. Would really not recommend.

The property is tired and needs repairing. The bathroom shower/tub faucet is held together with caulk. They don’t offer their guest anything without there being a cost not even a bottle of water. They know most are not repeat customers and it shows. Pretty lobby.

The hotel lobby sure looks much better than our room. The room was dark and gloomy. Only 1 plug that we can use and it’s located in the bathroom! The water from the toilet run constantly all night. The smell inside the room surly can tell this is an old building. Good for quick one night stay but no for long stay.
