It is not convenient for travelers. Far away from Rome central. Although near to train station, the frequency of train is low. The selection of food in the restaurant is limited. The English of the staff (except the ones in reception desk) is not good as I expected.

The hotel was fine in general. Rooms were clean enough. The biggest downside is the location if you are going to spend a lot of time in Rome Central historic sites.

Moquette salle, des ongles coupés sur le sol non aspirés. La douche bouchée et salle. Le sol de la salle de bain sentant l urine. Pour un 4 étoiles a plus de 200€ la nuit c est une honte!

Piscine agréable. Restaurant vu sur piscine. Excentré du centre ville mais taxi disponible en 5 minutes.

Friendly staff, need peoplenat the bar near the pool or inside the buikding at the bar. We wanted to buy drinks, but since we couldn't find anyone we opted for water.

It was very nice and affordable. The staff were very friendly and nice especially Marco. There’s also metro station like 10mins walk from the hotel and there’s unguarded public parking st your own risk and there’s the hotel underground parking for a token. All in all, I highly recommend Novotel hotel Roma. The breakfast was very good and kids eat free

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza che per quattro persone era troppo piccola. Secondo me la camera era da due, poi hanno aperto il divano ed è diventata da quattro, ma a quel punto non riuscivamo più a muoverci. Tra l'altro il materasso del divano letto era molto scomodo. Sinceramente da un hotel quattro stelle prenotato otto mesi prima e non pagato poco, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, considerando che si trova ad una ventina di chilometri dal centro di Roma.La tenda oscurante era rotta in alto per cui non si chiudeva bene e di conseguenza al mattino alle 6.00 entrava la luce impedendomi di dormire.

Tem garagem coberta, bem confortável, fica bem longe do centro histórico, mas tem metrô muito perto. A equipe solicita, mas não deram meus pontos da ALL por ter fechado através do Hoteis.com.

Alles in einem war sehr gut. Der Anschluss an den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war nicht gegeben. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Hotel war sehr sauber. Speiseauswahl beim Frühstücken war zwar viel aber immer gleich.
