O meu banheiro nao estava muito limpo, a borda da bacia estava suja. Eles nao lavaram. A comida é muito cara. O atendimento é ruim.

Great location and very attentive staff

A very good small hotel in a fantastic location in Como. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Plenty dining/drinking options round about and the hotel is 5 mins from the lake ticket office, bus station and a 10/15 min walk from Como S. Giovanni train station.

Es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel, y está en el corazón del centro histórico de Zurich, a dos cuadras de la estación de tren HB y lo más interesante de carácter histórico

Room/location/service was great. Was impressed. Lovely outdoor area too in the square.

A hidden gem! The room was beautiful, the owners were very friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to everything but be away from the crowd. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable beds, Great smell

its location is great, inside walls/flooring are beautiful. outside dining area very nice. What we did not like of the property are room specific mostly and include: the knob on the shower are very hard to use - difficult to turn, cannot grip them to apply force. (this one item will prevent us from returning or recommending) Our shower drain was plugged - was fixed the 2nd day. no mini-frig so can't cool liquids or save food. no chair to sit. only one suitcase stand. No included breakfast a big negative, and the separate restaurant was very expensive compared to other hotel's food options.

Great place to stay in the middle of old town

Lüften am Abend geht nicht, da in meinem Zimmer im 1. stock grad die Küche unter mir war und dann stank etwas mein Zimmer nach Bratfett und essen. Sonst Zimmer sehr sauber, modern, sehr bequemes Bett! Hotel hat eine super Lage. Man ist sehr schnell am See und hat alle Einkaufs und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Personal, wirkte eher so, ob sie nicht wirklich Lust hätten zu arbeiten. Habe mir dann am Morgen beim eigenen Restaurant, ein leckeres Frühstück bestellt, Preis-leistungsverhähltnis vollkommen i.o.

Hyvä, pieni hotelli. Sänky erittäin hyvä ja huone siisti. Kaikin puolin erittäin hyvä hotelli yöpyä.

Quiet

First of all, the young “keeper of the front desk” was beyond fantastic. She really wanted me to have a great experience not only at the hotel but in Como. And, I left an item behind and they rallied around making sure I got it at my next stop. The location could not have been better. There was even live music out in the plaza at night. I’ll be back!

Beautiful details and cozy property. However, my room faced a courtyard stair and lacked a mini fridge.
