A hidden gem! The room was beautiful, the owners were very friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to everything but be away from the crowd. We would definitely stay here again.

its location is great, inside walls/flooring are beautiful. outside dining area very nice.
What we did not like of the property are room specific mostly and include: the knob on the shower are very hard to use - difficult to turn, cannot grip them to apply force. (this one item will prevent us from returning or recommending) Our shower drain was plugged - was fixed the 2nd day. no mini-frig so can't cool liquids or save food. no chair to sit. only one suitcase stand. No included breakfast a big negative, and the separate restaurant was very expensive compared to other hotel's food options.

First of all, the young “keeper of the front desk” was beyond fantastic. She really wanted me to have a great experience not only at the hotel but in Como. And, I left an item behind and they rallied around making sure I got it at my next stop. The location could not have been better. There was even live music out in the plaza at night. I’ll be back!

Last thing we were in the mood for after transport delays that caused late arrival was half mile track to sister hotel to check in. Half mile round trip might not seem like a lot but at 10:30 PM with no cell charge for direction it took over an hour.

This is a great property right in the heart of Como. You can walk everywhere! Several restaurants, including the hotels own! It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the lake and marina! The room was nice and spacious! Comfy bed and great shower! The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool!! We would stay here again!

Lovely experience, beautiful hotel and great location. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic! Great housekeeping. The only negative was that several (not all) of the bar servers were super rude, or just snooty and unfriendly. It’s a real shame because the other staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish.

Also you should be allowed to sign tickets at the bar restaurant to the room.
