Very convenient location.

First of all, the young “keeper of the front desk” was beyond fantastic. She really wanted me to have a great experience not only at the hotel but in Como. And, I left an item behind and they rallied around making sure I got it at my next stop. The location could not have been better. There was even live music out in the plaza at night. I’ll be back!

Beautiful details and cozy property. However, my room faced a courtyard stair and lacked a mini fridge.

Great location, mediocre room with sub-optimal restroom configuration. Small restaurant with limited menu and no common areas to speak of. Good for short stay but anything longer than a night or two I would stay elsewhere.

Would have been good to know it’s a 3-stat property with no checkin after 9PM. Last thing we were in the mood for after transport delays that caused late arrival was half mile track to sister hotel to check in. Half mile round trip might not seem like a lot but at 10:30 PM with no cell charge for direction it took over an hour.

This is a great property right in the heart of Como. You can walk everywhere! Several restaurants, including the hotels own! It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the lake and marina! The room was nice and spacious! Comfy bed and great shower! The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool!! We would stay here again!

Lovely experience, beautiful hotel and great location. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic! Great housekeeping. The only negative was that several (not all) of the bar servers were super rude, or just snooty and unfriendly. It’s a real shame because the other staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish. WiFi great! Also you should be allowed to sign tickets at the bar restaurant to the room. Thank you Posta Design!

I love staying here. It’s perfect!

Rooms are not really designed for two travelers. No space for luggage for two. One chair. Otherwise, if you are traveling alone, it would be nice.

I ended up checking in a little later and they made it super easy for me to still be able to get my room. The staff is super sweet and helpful.

Excellent location, clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. Air condition set at 24 degrees Celsius (75F), could not get a good night sleep due to the hot temperature inside the room.

Very clean, boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Great location. Nothing fancy but has everything needed for a pleasant stay in Como. The cafe at the hotel was outstanding.

We had a room in the last (5th) floor but there was an elevator only to the 4th floor. There was a strange small in the room.. not sure what it was. Small TV [I know why would anyone come to Como to watch TV.. but TV sets are very inexpensive these days and the hotel could afford to get a nicer one!] . The service at the restaurant was rather slow. Apart from these small issues the location is great.
