Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was very clean, good size. If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works.

Localização perfeita, muito próxima à estação do trem e de muitos pontos turísticos (fizemos tudo a pé). Atendimento maravilhoso, quarto e café da manhã excelentes.

This hotel was located in a very central location close to the train and bus stations. It was also walkable to all the main attractions! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception, to the breakfast, to the housekeeper. The breakfast is a must— delicious with lots of options!

Firenze might be a hard place to do hotel business. This hotel is comparatively less comfortable less interior investment when compare with similar price of Italian hotels in big cities. They dont even have a complimentary bottle of water. The air conditioner was set up with a metal shelf that you will hear the sound of metal vibration if you turn the wind in strong mode.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good location and close to many attractions. However, the breakfast selection is somewhat limited and the reception area is rather small. Over all a good choice for a busy traveler.

Het verblijf bij dit hotel was geweldig! Vanuit de trein is het nog maar 5 minuutjes lopen naar het hotel. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomd bij de receptie waar ons ook nog eens de hele stad werd laten zien op de kaart. Grotendeels van de stad is op loopafstand wat erg fijn is. Je voelt je erg welkom in het hotel en alles is erg netjes en heel schoon. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping van het hotel, we hadden zicht op een aantal bergen en daken van omliggende gebouwen. Bij het uitchecken konden we de spullen nog even achterlaten zodat wij nog even de stad in konden. Al met al is alles bij dit hotel super geregeld!!

Easy quick access to the train and to the center. Great if you are taking a trip to Florence and surrounding areas. Such heartwarming surprise to find biscotti at my door on last day with a handwritten thank you note. Welcoming
