Close to the restaurants in Hirafu.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.

這次入住兩房公寓，感覺非常好。空間寬敞，距離二世谷各種活動社設施都在步行距離，服務人員會在入住前聯絡入住資訊及提供預約活動的服務
不過房間沒空調是個小缺點，雖然二世谷很涼爽，有空調會更舒適

很舒服的房間，洗衣機在房間內，有廚房(生鮮超市在附近10分鐘車程)，剛好當天有煙火秀，真是太幸運了，但是因為民宿，所以不能太晚check in 喔！

It is an apartment instead of a hotel. No services is provided and no staff stations in the front desk on regular basis. The staff can be reached via telephone hotline and she is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable overall. Convenient store and restaurants are in few minutes walking distance. Free parking is provided.

I visited it in Summer time to join zip lines and horse riding. The hotel locates near Niseko if you're driving a car. It was about 10mins driving. There is a convenient store and some restaurants around but please don't expect for a shopping center in the region.
The hotel locates near a lot of small houses so I found it difficult to look for it even with our driving GPS. It was a peaceful and quite neighborhood though.
The room is very self contained. It provides all family facilities, such as washing machine, cooking electrical stove, a rice cooker, microwave oven, discs washing machine and TV. However, it is missing air conditioner. Instead, they provide a small cool wind fan. It will need to fill up water to blow some cool wind. However, it is far from an air conditioner. Eventually, we open the windows at night to enjoy natural wind.
Overall, I love the room. It was stylish and comfort. The balcony was big and I can watch star at night. I did enjoy the stay here.

This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day which made transportation less stressful.
The hotel is fully equipped with all your skiing needs. There is a locker space in the basement and the room itself has a laundry with plenty of space to hang your gear.
We had the 2bedroom unit for 3 people and it was very spacious to allow for all our luggage.
One downside for us - you can hear people outside on the street pretty clearly until around 11pm or 12am. The surrounding area gets pretty busy.

A bit far from ski resort but could get aid for free riding when schedule met, though it said no riding service available when I asked by email before trip. All staff were amazingly nice and friendly. One thing to be desired was there’s no bath tub.

Great place to stay. Need first stop on Grand hirafu bus line. Rooms are big. Have a washer dryer combo in the room. Have a nice little kitchen area. Staff was great. They were super helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Akazora aparment is excellent in every way. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view. Overall, our family (two adults and one little kid) is happy very much with ski trip and staying at Akazora.

3泊しました。キッチンがあって コロナ禍で安心して食事できました。ただ滞在中 清掃が無いのは理解できますが ゴミの回収をしてもらえないのは困りました。3泊ともなると 生ゴミが増えるので臭いが気になります。かと言って ベランダに出すとカラスが来るので 室内に置くしかなく。
それ以外は とても快適で また宿泊したいと思います。

地図で見るよりもコンビニや飲食店、ウィンターグッズ販売店までが近くて便利でした。
疲れた体を浴槽で癒したかったので浴槽がなかったのは残念でしたが、壁面に座れる作りになっていました。
洗濯機や洗剤、たくさん干せる物干しなどがとても助かりました。着替えが最小限でも次の日には乾いているので荷物が少なくてすみます！おすすめです！！

Great location. Easy/fast access to lifts by shuttle bus. Building and facilities are new and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Furnishings, unfortunately, are not quite up to the standard of the building: a bit cheap and spartan for the price. I expected better. The beds have a cushion on top of the mattress that slides around as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also, the “double beds” are, in fact, singles pushed together. This was also disappointing for the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the service, but with so many accommodation options nearby, we would look for a place with a better standard of furnishings and bedding.

滞在中、ホテルの隣で工事が行われることになったのですが、予めその旨お知らせいただき、騒音などに関する質問にも丁寧にお答えいただきました。当日は、工事と逆側の部屋だったこともあり、騒音はほとんど気になりませんでした。設備はどれも清潔で、使用方法も日本語と英語で明記されており、快適に使用できました。スタッフの方とお会いしたのはチェックイン時だけでしたが、とても感じのよい対応でした。
