APA飯店〈大阪天滿〉

性價比高，距離JR站七至8分鐘步程

飯店距離車站不算遠, 在車站附近商店街有很多餐廳可以享用 , 唯獨美中不足是房間隔音不是非常好

I reserved a non smoking room for 3 nights and my room is full of cigarette smell, especially in the bathroom. I called the reception to express dissatisfaction immediately and requested to change to another room, but because the hotel is full on that day, they cannot change the room for me. They are also not able to arrange for any compensation or refund for me. I have to stay in a room with strong smell of cigarette and all my clothes and luggage are filled with that smell the next day. The bed and pillows are full of cigarette smell too. I also cannot use the bathroom for that night as the cigarette smell is too strong. This is totally unacceptable but the hotel said they cannot do anything for me. I have also raised this concern through expedia website but there is no response from expedia or the hotel.

今次是第二次入住，住多幾晚有新發現，交通方便及購物很方便。由酒店出門向右邊方向直行，大約5-8分鐘到達JR天滿駅，車駅附近有激安、商店街。

地點方便，附近有餐廳和鄰近車站，然而房間的設施開始有點老化。

Very good location and lots of local shops around. I particularly enjoy the public bath.

第一次入住一晚酒店，房間乾淨。酒店附近有兩間藥妝，近天滿車站乘坐一個站到大阪JR 車站。

The staff there are super helpful. They helped to call the parcel delivery center to expedite the shipment. Really appreciate their help!!

There are free hot spring. We had arranged to the top floor’s room at 14/F and its view is good.

It’t Ok except travelling. .

酒店附近超靜，建議大家唔好住天滿，APA啲房勁細，就黎喼都開唔到

ベッドのマット柔らかすぎ 部屋とテレビサイズあってない。 ベッドのすぐ前に大きくて気分悪くなった。

アパは団体、隣国者も寡く落ち着いて良いですね。

室内は綺麗にお掃除されていました。 レストランの椅子が汚くて嫌！ 大浴場の設備はうれしかったけど、ロッカー横のクロスがカビ？汚れ？とても気になりました。枕は二つ用意されていましたが、合わず、あまり眠れなかった。

チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応が凄く良かったです

毎回エレベーターがなかなかこなかったです…

宿泊していた椅子が壊れていた。ほかは素晴らしかったです

リーズナブルなお値段で良かったと思います。

普通に良かった。
