飯店在山坡上有點難找，建議可以先打電話或email請飯店去車站接送，雖然是老溫泉飯店但非常乾淨，早餐和晚餐都非常豐盛，房間內規劃的很舒服。服務人員也非常友善，一進去就想直接待到check out 再出來：）

It was a very nice experience! We drove to the hotel and there was parking area. The staff are very friendly. You can add a small amount of money for private onsen if you like! Our room has a mountain view and got a chance to watch the sun setting as we had our dinner in our room.

Overall is good but hot spring only available at 3pm-9:30pm. It is disappointed that we can't have hot spring in the morning. Also, no private hot spring at room. There is facility for kids which is good for my little girl. Dinner and breakfast is good, staff is nice.

飯店人員很親切,溫泉很舒服,溫泉提供的備品也很齊備, 而且這裡還是kids-friendly的旅館,室內溫泉有嬰兒油嬰兒乳液, 還有小朋友的遊戲區, 雖然是比較舊的旅館,但住起來很舒適
一點點可惜的是晚餐選擇的Kobe-Pork太硬,服務人員沒有說明清楚我們放在盤上煎太久老掉了

Everything is perfect here. One thing I don't like is. You have a long walk to do outdoor hot spring. The dinner and breakfast is really good. Room are well equipped. Staff are super nice and helpful. And do a bit shopping here. Highly recommended.

距離有馬溫泉站比較遠，但我是自駕遊所以不成問題，更可免費泊車
職員十分有禮貌，經過他們都一定會跟你打招呼
自助早餐選擇不少，更有為嬰兒而設的紅蘿白泥等嬰兒食品，超有誠意
有一area 供小朋友玩耍，感覺這酒店很適合帶小孩入住
室內溫泉24小時開放，但只得兩個小池
另有一室外溫泉及室外泳池但沒有去
還有貸切風呂，如果害羞的話也可以選擇
房間內有私人風呂，像是浴室般，不知道放出來的水是普通熱水還是溫泉水呢
房間內廁所比較焗促
房間tatami 很舒服，但枕頭有點硬
景觀好，很開揚，窗口看出去是一大片樹頂和天空（我住5樓）

舒適及酒店服務很好，而且酒店有私人風呂，很適合第一次去浸溫泉的遊客。我在房間用晚餐，牛肉很好吃。早上自助早餐，質素也不錯。到達有馬溫泉車站後，可以用車站收費電話打去酒店， 酒店會安排接送。
