The room is very spacious and clean, good for a group of family. It is close to a convenience store, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Room is spacious, bathroom has a big bathtub, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended to stay 🙂. Note that the front desk is on the 13th floor, so it might be hard to find.

It was a stopover night for us driving from Niigata and heading to Narita airport the following day. The hotel is conveniently located and serve our purpose. Though there is no carpark in the hotel building, there are two public car parks next to the hotel on both sides.

The hotel gives spacious feeling and it is so clean and tidy. One most enjoyable is the room facilities are so new and efficient, e.g. the water temperature and pressure of the bathroom are good enough giving a great relaxing experience.

毎回エレベーター待ち時間が長かったこともあり、一階のホールやエレベータは暑くて不快でした
家族連れが多い週末だったせいか、朝食の混雑がひどく、待ち時間が長すぎるのは残念でした
