The view is absolutely the greatest in Osaka, plus the location can get to the closest sights, this is one of yhe best hotel I’ve ever stayed with. Especially recommended for family travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, just 15 minutes to Shinsaibashi. The executive lounge bar is fantastic! Simply choose a room with access when booking, and you'll enjoy complimentary access to the lounge and a selection of snacks and alcoholic beverages. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable, and you'll want to spend the entire evening there. But hotel's hot spring, not very spacious. Also, there was few check-in counters, if you arrive during check-in time, you'll be waiting in a long line. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Walk abt 10mins to umeda area; 5mins or less to the red metro line and.
View is nice. U need to get to 17F to check in and then use another lift to guest rooms
Breakfast is also at 17F with nice skyscraper view. Top level has outdoor bath with view.
Hotel is quite new and staff is very helpful. I will come back for next stay
