Nice location and good service

Service was great but there were cockroaches in the room

Comfortable modern residence Hotel for people like me enjoying quiet time in low season. Obstacle exists for tourism however that it offers Limited public transportation and F&B facility, so be creative …

I cannot believe checkout time is 10am. That's too early for a ski area hotel.

Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night.

附近就有兩間便利店，十分方便。走大概2分鐘就有巴士到俱知安JR站。房間舒適乾淨，有小廚房，但可惜兩人房沒有浴缸，也沒有桌子供進食，不然就完美了。和Base不算遠，但是酒店有免費Shuttle去Base，只需要跟前台說就會安排，就不用拿著裝備上山，省下體力滑雪。下次還會入住。

The room was outdated in that it was cracking on the walls and roof, the shower head was uncomfortably strong or weak, no in between, the second bedroom did not have a charger or bedside table on one side, only one lamp, needing to ask for a air conditioner remote was frustrating, the body wash was not topped up as apart of room service, when we had the full service the robes weren’t replaced so we were left with no robe, the bins were too compact in the draws o we could no dispose of rubbish easily without leaving it around the room. The rooms were serviced very late in the day and the person doing it had a strong odour that was left behind in the room, problem with it being late in the day is that the people are arriving rooms when guests are typically arriving back. Staff member was not able to help operate the oven as they didn’t understand it either. The location was good and the initial greeting was pleasing, the amenities downstairs were helpful, if you opened up the boot dryers to everyone and had more of them switched on that’d be more convenient. The shuttle bus was good when it wasn’t full or you didn’t have to wait a long time, when it was full it was full with people standing which seems unsafe given the road conditions. All these things add up the a negative experience for a higher end hotel, if it was a 3 star hotel I wouldn’t say these things matter so much, if you want to improve and meet a 4 or 5 star hotel they should well be considered.

Great location , super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both managers were great and both Oliver and Sadie at the front desk amazing. Will definitely recommend!!

Staff was very courteous, helpful. Food and beverage options are many. Cafe is quaint and central. Rhythm rental drop off is very practical.

Excellent option if you visit Niseko ski resort!

仕事用のテーブルが欲しいとお伝えしたら、アップグレードして、テーブルや椅子が整っている広い部屋にしてくださいました。 接客も丁寧で、ホテルも全体的にとても綺麗でした。またニセコエリアを訪れる際は利用したいです。
