I was attracted by the stylish refurbishment of the hotel so I booked EN hotel for our stay in Hiroshima. Later we found that we need one more night in Hiroshima so we booked another night which became two separate stays for diff rooms. The hotel got us upgraded one of the nights and that we don’t have to change room. All desk staff are absolutely friendly and we feel welcoming all the time. Keisuke San who also made an even more pleasant during check-in. Everything was splendid during the stay. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in EN hotel, a quiet place next to a river and few blocks to the city center.

飯店的服務專業有禮，盡心提供入住說明，提供自助賓飲料，在寒冷天氣中喝下一杯熱茶，頓時身體暖和。客房整潔明亮寬敞，窗外風景好，面對河川視野遼闊。室內插座太少，建議提供延長插座解決。早餐營養豐富，用餐愉快。自助kiosk 退房，有效省時快速。位置適中，可以悠閒漫步到廣島車站。

房租合理,乾淨,員工有禮貌,主動幫助.走路8分鐘可到parco,酒店行出一個街口,已經很多食館,已經入住兩次了.但有部份房間,要到接待處拿工具上房,才能打開窗,有點不方便,插頭再多一個,會更好
