Alles bestens. Kaffee gibt es an der Rezeption kostenfrei. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde tip top gereinigt. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof kyoto. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse von daher auch sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

非常的棒，第一次住到房間裡"同時"有廚房和洗衣機。離京都站和燒肉弘很近，附近也有AEON，當晚懶得找餐廳，直接去AEON買和牛回來煮。我還用破英文麻煩櫃台幫我取消預定，真的非常好。給住客建議: 1.樓層不高，只有4層樓，想住高樓看風景不適合住這。 2.洗衣機用洗衣模式就好，不要洗衣加烘乾，時間長達5個多小時，而且冬天放厚重衣服洗加烘乾，保證整晚吵不停不用睡覺，所以只要洗衣1.5小時，室內掛6-8小時就會全乾。以下希望飯店可以改進 1.浴室的洗髮精、沐浴乳、潤絲精，如果可以固定在牆邊會更好，不然會不小心碰到一直掉到浴缸裡。 2.廚房餐具有點少，只有盤子、刀叉和筷子，但卻沒有碗。 3.衣架只有4個太少，既然有洗衣機，部分房客會洗衣，至少應該給6-8個衣架會比較合理。 4.枕頭2顆都有點高，應該給一高一低，依住客習慣可以選擇，但是2顆枕頭換著睡都睡不好，而且不只我，整個家人都睡不好，枕頭應該要換掉。以上總結以上4個缺點，除了枕頭以外，其他都是可以接受的缺點，所以如果下次還有機會，我依然會選這間飯店入住，前提是換個好點的枕頭。

飯店藏身於巷子內，地點離車站很近，樓層內有販賣機，附近也有便利商店床很大很舒適，早餐很美味，尤其是飯糰，美中不足的是每一天品項差不多，只有稍稍改變內餡的口味。洗手檯稍微小一點，水容易噴的到處都是住雙人房但是刮鬍刀只有提供一隻最後，某天只是下樓吃飯店內的早餐，門口沒有貼請清潔或是請勿打擾，回來發現房務人員已經在房內打掃，因為隨身物品都放在房間內還沒有收拾，雖然東西沒有少，房務人員也很誠懇的道歉，但是家人還是很在意⋯

厠浴分離很方便，早餐款式不是太多，但有特色，位置近京都站，但由於洒店置於橫街中，晚上難於找尋，建議設立指示牌於大街附近，另浴室沒有吊掛物件，擺放衣服的地方，則不方便。

Excellent location within 5 mins from Kyoto station (closest entrance and exit is the one with the McDonalds). So many food options nearby. Easy to head back to hotel for brief reset before heading out again. Hotel provides umbrellas and a coffee/espeesso machine along with ofcourse tea in the lobby. Each room equipped with laundry and drying combo machine (including detergent too). but humidity makes it hard to dry. Can ask for drying rack from the front desk but will still take 2 days or so to dry.

Lovely hotel within few minutes from the main train station. Easy access, close yet hidden from the sounds of the city. Room with a kitchen annex and washer-dryer was amazing. Aircon delivered well. Fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was the only downside- whioenfoof looked very attractive and well balanced, there was not much consideration for vegetarians. Panini or soups served without allowing any choice or even asking if vegetarian options are required. Would be really nice if it was acknowledged and taken care of.

Accessibility to the station, bus lines, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was clean, has everything one needs, spacious, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, and zen large window floor/ceiling wall/wall was so fun watching the rain coming down the rain catchers. Staff, each and everyone were kind, respectful and caring. I would stay here again and consider it, my little secret spot.

It was initially hard to find, but that made it quiet. The staff was nice but the housekeeping really stood out. They were really on the ball and friendly. The rooms were dark, which is okay as we needed sleep, but a bit outdated. It was nice having a washing machine.
