Very small room and small bed like most of the hotel in the city. Good location to the shopping and restaurants. Umeda station is very convenience to both JR and 阪急 and local trains but also very complicated traffic!

There are numerous shopping centers, shopping streets, gourmet restaurants, large electronics stores, and even art theaters nearby, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options! 酒店經重新裝修後很新淨，房間空間寬敞，足夠平開旅行箱。酒店地下及附近有很多食肆，便利店亦離酒店不遠。交通方面，離機場巴士站不遠，與主要鐵路站距離亦在合理範圍內。 Hotel is new after renovation, room is wide enough to fully open your suitcase. Restaurants can found downstairs and surrounding, and convinient store nearby. Airport limousine station not far away, and major Railway station just in a reasonable distance.

I have stay at this hotel twice, first time one night, second time two days. I like the hotel very much at the first time. Ladies floor is nice arrangement and let me feel secured. However, when I come back again, one incident totally change my impression. I am shocking to find that my room is keep open all the day. The maid didn’t close the door after cleaning duty. The most worst thing, my room is close to the elevator, that mean most people of the floor can enter my room. There is no any security at all. I accept the apology of the hotel manager however they really should do more to avoid this happen again.
