房間空間很大，面對花園景觀視野很好

舊店環境清幽高雅，有日式庭園，遠離煩煙⋯當然就是交通不很方便

The hotel located really far from the train station, it takes around 10-15mins walk, low convenience. Hotel provided shuttle service, it circulated within 4 hotels. This could be much better if having a stop at Shinagawa station which could increase its attractiveness. Otherwise, I would rather choose Shinagawa Prince Hotel which is much more convenient and hotel price is no much difference. Nothing nearby hotel, you have to walk that 15mins out of the place to find food. Also, I checked in on my birth date, this is a bit disappointed even none with any simple wordings about happy birthday or related matters. So, I would comment the service level is quite low.

Nice place nice staff

Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Many restaurants choices but quite expensive. I didn’t book breakfast and there are lots of small restaurants around. The garden at the backyard is beautiful, shared with the other Prince hotels in the neighborhood. For the location, I’d rather choose Prince Hotel, just opposite to the station.

高輪王子飯店系列最老舊的一間，但王子系列飯店共通的戶外庭園真的很美；房間衛浴、家具較老舊；從品川車站出站後拖著大行李步行，沿路上坡走到飯店，有點累人！ 飯店附近沒有商店及餐廳，得走回車站附近比較熱鬧；唯一一間7-11要走到另一棟王子飯店地下室，還能小小採購用品。

Really impressed with the amazingly beautiful garden.

床太硬，冷氣中央晚晚半夜熱醒，瞓得好差 ，日日出入需要坐 接駁巴士，否則坐的士，但2間酒店名太相近，好多的士會去錯山腳的新酒店，坐的士一定要小心，最惨就是車站無便利店，酒店亦無便利店，如果有每晚去便利店習慣，就要預早其他地方買回去，否則回酒店無飲品

品川車站門口有接駁車可以搭，20分鐘就有一班非常方便。飯店乾淨又舒適，房間以東京都來說算很大，交通位置方便是個很棒的住宿環境

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. However, it is a bit far away from JR station, fortunately there is shuttle bus available every 20 minutes.

The hotel staff were very professional and warmly helped us with our luggage and check-in. However, there were clearly fleas on the carpet in my room, and I got several bites on my feet. I suggest improving the cleanliness of the room carpets.

One night visit as part of our first visit to Tokyo. They remembered it was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday and delivered a bottle of sparkling wine together with a great room upgrade. Impeccable staff and lovely room.

Very beautiful garden

This hotel is one of four Grand Prince hotels all connected. Rooms are being updated . The Garden is beautiful and the staff amazing

This was an expensive hotel. Like 4-5 star. Reception area and cafe looked real nice. People were nice. But rooms super worn down and basic. Breakfast very basic. And difficult to access the pool. The quality level was like 2 star. In Tokyo we also stayed at ING Intercontinental, it was cheaper than this hotel, but 5 times better.

It’s still a decent Prince hotel despite it’s the furtherest one from the Shinagawa station out of all the Prince hotels. As usual, the service is friendly and on point. I even got to check-in an hour earlier than the check-in time. The garden is beautiful especially at night. As a pro tip, the shortest path to walk to the Shinagawa train station is to actually across the garden and through the Sakura Tower lobby. As the hotel is being renovated, some amenities are temporarily unavailable. I’m looking forward to return once the renovation is done.
